Although I love gardening I had become more and more discouraged about getting on top of our weed problem and all the maintenance required in a garden planted on the heavy clay soils of west Auckland. I finally phoned Chris Lange of 1st Class Gardens. He came over to see the garden the next day. His whole approach was very professional. He… took plenty of time to listen and look around the garden and assess the job. I chose a maintenance plan that would suit our needs and they started two days later. Arriving promptly, they completed the job well, leaving the garden neat and tidy. We've got a plan for the longer term work and already a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. They did what they said they would, they gave helpful explanations of what they were doing, and they took away a full skip of unwanted plant life which I was glad to see the last of. The initial date had to be postponed for various reasons to do with pandemic etc. No big deal. All was done in a reasonable and timely manner.

100%"Our property is a big hillside property that backs on to the Wait?kere ranges, so quite dense in areas. The rate of growth was too much for me to deal with so gave Chris a call to tame the growth. Communication in regards to delivery / pick-up of the skip and when the work would be completed was excellent.
Returning in the afternoon was a joy to see the entrance-way with no more overgrowth. The team will be back again to continue clearing the rear now - can't wait to see the end product.
