"Tony and his team did a great job of repairing and replacing part of our old wooden boundary fence.
He assessed what needed replacing and how best to straighten and strengthen the fence and gave us a real reasonable quote, especially compared to other contractors who just want to replace the entire fence.
They worked continually in cold weather to complete the work and even painted part of the fence where it would be difficult to access later ( this was not part of the quote )
I would… recommend Tony Callis and his team to anyone wanting an honest reliable contractor."

"Rang 3 fence builders, one asked for photos but never got back to me, the other 2 were very expensive then rang Tony who came over the next day Who gave me a very reasonable quote. He completed the job within a week while I was away on holiday. He is very polite and friendly and did an excellent job on my 18m fence and a retaining wall around the garden. Would not hesitate to use him again."

"Tony did our front fence replacing the old metal ones falling apart. He did a great job by himself clearing out the old ones and levelling the hard rock ground which included some breaking. He showed up everyday with a great smile. He made sure that the fence is done the way we want. He went some extra mile to cover the bottom of the fence cat proof. Reasonable pricing and would recommend him for all the fencing works. "

"Tony rebuilt a back fence which had blown down in a storm. He had by far the best and fairest quote and the solid high standard of workmanship is a credit to him. It was a huge removal job to start with as was covered in creeper. Once started his amazing work ethic finished within a week. He is old school and his word and work experience

"Tony Callis was great to deal with, he arrived promptly to inspect job and gave a comprehensive quote for the required specs for the fences in 24 hours which beat his competitors hands down "apples for apples".
The job involved three fences total 49 metres of 1.8 M high paling fence between 3 neighbours, he kept all of us happy with his approach to the work and his finished product which we are all very pleased with. He did not cut any corners and did a good job of cleaning up in… the three gardens after completion. He started within a week of being given the job, he removed the old fences with no delay and despite the weather carried on in the wet conditions stopping only when it was bucketing down. All of that achieved with minimal damage to our plants and hedges. He came up with sensible solutions to problems involving small retaining walls. I built the original fences 36 years ago and he has improved on them and I think they will last longer due to his recommended specifications.

What is more he did it to the quoted price, thanks Tony, I will certainly call you again when I need more done. Very pleased Dave, St Johns"

"Due to the presence of dogs on the property time was an important factor. Tony made time a priority and care to remove rubbish. The resulting fence is secure, pleasing to look at and was completed under the reccommened quote. Much to the dogs delight since they had to stay indoors. I am happy to recommend A.J. Callis for secure fencing."

"Although Tony had provided a quote many months earlier, when we were finally able to confirm the job he said he would keep to the original quote even though prices had gone up in the meantime. He worked through the extremely hot early January days on his own, and did an amazing job. Just goes to show what one man can do with experience and a good work ethic! He is very accommodating, focussed and very pleasant to deal with. We intend to use him again when we are ready for our next project -… very highly recommended."
