Oh what to do, I dont know anyone who fixes WM so I rang A1 washing machine service, and spoke to David and arranged a time to call which suited me. Right on the dot, he was there, straight into the job, he knew exactly what was wrong even without looking , he took the machine apart in no time, found the problem as suggested , had… a laugh or two, put it back together again, and he was gone leaving me with a perfectly running machine, at a very fair price.

53%"The first visit from Dave to fix our machine went well and I was very happy with his service and price. That was 4th April. Then washing machine had exactly the same problem again 6 weeks later and stopped spinning.
When Dave called over I was at work and had my nanny at home. She said he told her the problem was different and was caused by a \'few small sones\' in the machine but couldnt produce these when asked for evidence. He demanded payment and said he wouldnt leave until he was paid and… was very agressive so reluctantly she paid him.
If work is guaranteed why charge the full amount to fix the same problem - this should have been done free of charge or without the call out fee. Would not recommend"David Probine responded:"I do all my work in good faith and in this particular instance the same symptom came up but for a different reason. This was clearly explain to Emma when she called me after the second job was done. Payment is always due on completion of repair work done as I have no on going relationship normally. Also there is No Warranty for items stuck in the pump as it is the users responsibility to make sure small items in pocks etc don\'t get sucked down into the pump. 100%"The repairman arrived at my home on time, took roughly 5mins to diagnose the faults (there were 3 altogether), and then took another 30mins to carry out the repairs. He was very friendly throughout.
All in all I was very satisfied with his service and would recommend this company without hesitation.

He arrived on time, explained to me what the issues were, why he was replacing each component. Extremely knowledgeable about the F&P product and came prepared with everthing he needed. Working area was left tidy and he fully tested the repairs - which come with a 12 month warranty. Hourly rate was very reasonable. David also had a mobile EFTPOS for payment which was great.
