"I had a decking with steps made over the summer. Wayne was very professional. He explained to me very clearly prior to the job and the costs associated. The workmanship was very detailed and neat. There was minimal delays, mainly due to weather. Cleaned up after each day and was very helpful in answering my questions. Also gave excellent advice on related matter. "

"Wayne is multi skilled. He is an excellent problem solver in that he is willing to go the extra mile to understand a problem and then provide a solution. He is a very good communicator.
He solved a garden drainage problem I had endured for years, by designing and building a handsome retaining wall and burying pipes that divert the water which has resulted in the house drying out.. At the same time he built a very good looking path and raised garden beds worthy of a landscaping magazine.
He… renovated an en-suite under sloping eaves and subcontracted a glass tradesman who solved a shower wall and door problem

in a very confined space.

He also replaced and finished a stairway following exacting design specifications from a stairs manufacturer, and a designer.

Other jobs he has carried out for me are in the area of general property repairs and maintenance.

Wayne let me know if he was held up for any reason and wasn’t able to arrive when he had said he would.

His hourly rate is higher than some other tradies but I believe you get what you pay for and his skill set justifies the rate."

"Wayne has done several jobs at our place in Remuera, including the replacement of a balcony, a bathroom and a fence. He exceeded all our expectations by finishing all these jobs with attention to detail and giving excellent finishing touches and completion on time and within our budget.

"Wayne was a godsend during the preparation of my property for sale, when I had noticed that the waterproofing on the top deck, and also behind the garage wall, was coming away. He completed repairs of both - in many ways better than the original install - and then proceeded to assist with a full house wash; water blasting the entire house, both decks, driveway and courtyard. He helped with assorted repairs around the property and made sensible recommendations on what needed done. The results… were fantastic and it was great knowing I was handing the property over to the new owners in tip-top shape and looking as good as it did when newly built. Thanks Wayne!!"
