Along the way they discovered a significant patch of rust that had been hidden by a slip joint. This was clearly communicated with the team back at base who immediately came back to me with photos and quotes for options that existed to fix this unexpected… problem. They then invited me up onto the roof and talked it through with me just to be sure i got it.

The rest of the process was quick and efficient and the quality of the end result was excellent.

As a service business owner I have high expectations and can be very picky about the quality of work i receive. It makes me really happy when I come across a company from whom i receive the level of service that i seek to provide my customers.

The work was complete to the highest of standards. I could not fault the work.

Nigel and his team were always available and on-hand with any queries, but the work was managed within the agreed timeframe and on budget.

Particular mention of Slade and Troy. The roof repairs and painting… were faultless. Spraying the roof black, with light clouded walls, I did have concerns. But the was no over spray and the end result after the roof wash, one coat tile sealer, a tile base coat and 2 top coats is fabulous. The roof looks like new and should be good for another 20 years!

The scaffolding went up/down also without any issue.

It was a very difficult job as the roof was steep and a lead flashing needed installing behind fibre cement weatherboards. The ridge caps also needed repointing.

I was very impressed with how they managed to solve the problem and complete the job. They worked solidly, as I didn't even see them take a break. I'm used to seeing a lot of tradespeople on their phones and pacing themselves but… they worked extremely hard.

You are very fortunate to have such good staff.

Have been trying to contact them about getting this fixed and have discovered they are averse to replying. Emails get sent without reply, calls don't resolve anything.

Even during the roofing the contact wasn't good. Dates were thrown around with abandon, equipment was left all over and roofing rubbish left in a recycling bin. They never contacted me to tell me the job was… finished or to explain what they'd done - just sent a final invoice at random."
