"I wanted more sun blinds for my lounge and asked Ryan for a quote.
This arrived the next day and I was pleased to see how reasonably priced they were.
This was after sorting through the endless options that were available.
Even then it was difficult to choose colours online, so I asked if samples could be sent to me and these arrived quickly too.
I put the order through and was advised when to expect delivery.
A couple of weeks later an email arrived saying the blinds had been dispatched - and this was even earlier than I thought. Delivery was overnight.
Installation was easily done as instruction were sent through for this.
I am very pleased with the quality of the blinds and will be ordering more.
Ryan was a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly to all my queries.

"Initially I found responses very slow, but possibly due to the nature of my somewhat technical questions. However it was worth persevering as we are very happy with the Honeycomb blinds we bought. Delivery was around the time quoted (even with the Covid madness). Quality appears to be excellent and installation was simple.

I opted for rechargeable motorised blinds which are (despite being told otherwise) able to be controlled via Google Assistant (and I assume Alexa) with the addition of a hub.

Overall very happy with the blinds, only suggestions would be faster response times to queries and supplying a battery for the remote which I was surprised to find didn't have one, we live rural so meant a trip to town."

"Just received our blinds this morning. I couldn't wait and have installed them already and honestly they are amazing. There were a few nerves about my measuring skills. But I must of measured at least ten times!

They fit perfectly. Were a breeze to install and are of such a high quality. I deliberated on what kind of window coverings would work for our space. But at every turn I felt I was going to have to compromise somewhere. Until I found the honeycomb blinds in your range. They fit well with our narrow sill inside the frame without taking up the view when they are up.

We have tilt and turn windows plus large bifold doors meaning some blinds had to fit inside the reveal and others could only be fitted outside. "Wooden shutters... Must say I was nervous about buying my shutters on line, could we trust the delivery, quality, workmanship and paying for product coming from overseas in the Covid era!
Communication via email with Ryan was always immediate. He is passionate about his blinds and happy to find the right type for us by explaining the pro's and cons.
Ramiz called to measure (don't let his name concern you) he is patient and will talk through the practicalities of blinds and installation. We were fitting in a villa which required blinds to be fitted over aluminium windows and on the outside on the frame.
We were told 12 weeks to delivery. Arrived just before this. Ramiz fitted our house lot while we were away. When I came home it was magic, our blinds are elegant, enhance the rooms, practical in screening out unwanted views and enhancing what you want to see. Best renovating move."

"We chose Ryan from Blinds On Line to supply x11 honeycomb blinds after visiting local suppliers in person and having home quotations done as well . We also bought a shutter screen for our bathroom . Total costs are similar .The deciding factors were Ryan's excellent and prompt communication and knowledgeable advice, better range of colours, cell size ( we wanted 45mm for aesthetic reasons and some suppliers do not have this) and the type of blind control ( we wanted a solid cordloop control ).

The quality is very good, the colour, measurements and fit are exactly as ordered . ( we laser measured our windows very carefully 3x and followed the instructions on measuring ) The blinds were delayed due to Covid freight issues but this was expected and we received updates. Self-Installation was fine for the blinds as long as you are mildly handy with measuring and a drill. The shutters were professionally installed as these are more complicated.

One blind was damaged on delivery by the courier and with photos from us Ryan sorted out the replacement painlessly and without dispute.

Ryan runs a trustworthy NZ business and accepted 50% deposit with payment of balance on receipt -which I think should be standard given these blinds are made offshore in China and freight is currently so slow.

All in all , whilst I would generally prefer a NZ- made product , the quality and range offered by Blinds OnLine plus the service provided by Ryan won me over and I thoroughly recommend his services."

"We ordered blinds from Blinds Online, to install ourselves. After taking over a year to install them myself, when I finally went to do it I realised I'd lost the brackets to hold the blinds up. "I've recently moved into a new apartment which was being provided with the standard chain operated blinds and Ryan provided excellent consultancy support to help upgrade these into automated smart blinds. Now I'm able to control these at a press of a button on my phone - I know this will be especially important in summer to help prevent the apartment from overheating!

In particular this was all arranged remotely during 'Covid' and when i moved in after the lockdown everything had been delivered and installed as promised. I love my new automated blinds!"

"Excellent service, thoroughly recommend. We decided to get the windows and doors measured as we required about 17 blinds so didn’t want to make a mistake especially as we were mid renovations. Ryan had a local contact he could use who also fitted the blinds. Ryan was a pleasure to deal with, he answered all queries promptly and advised on options to suit our budget. He was not at all pushy but once we had decided on the products he got the blinds ordered and delivered ASAP, there was an issue with damage in transit but this was sorted with minimal delay. I would definitely recommend this company and I would use them again. The fact they are based in Auckland and we are in Tauranga was not an issue. we were wary of sub standard products so did a lot of research first before finding the right one."

"The best endorsement is to say this is our 3rd job done by Ryan. He gave us a reasonable estimated delivery date at a reasonable cost.
We were desperate to have it in half the time. Ryan made it happen. His installer worked past midnight to install.
Subsequently we found minor defects in 2 of the 20 or so blinds. We we asked Ryan about these 2 only. Without hesitation he had 2 new pieces made.
He personally came to install the 2 and in doing so actually found that the remainder were not to HIS high standards and removed ALL for a re-manufacture.
Then he came again personally 2 more times to get it JUST RIGHT.
He didn't whinge, dodge, make excuses or ask for more money.
It cannot have been good on his margins. We offered to make pay him for his time and he turned it down.
We are blown away to find that there are still people with this kind of meticulousness and integrity.
BlindsOnline will certainly continue to have my and my family's business and will continue to be recommended to friends."

"I love the vision blinds, they allow me to let light in when I want it without people being able to see inside then with a small change, I can make them block the light. So they are very versatile. And on top of that they look really good and fit perfectly with my apartment. Installation was done on the agreed day and time and was done very quickly. Overall well impressed!"
