"Mike and Alistair replaced 8 piles underneath my house and built a retaining wall after the previous owner had dug out a basement and piled the soil around the original piles causing some of them to rot. They did the work in half the time estimated, three weeks earlier than they said they would and came in much cheaper than the other quotes I obtained. They did a stellar job with the retaining wall and dug nice deep holes filled with an extraordinary amount of concrete for the new piles to ensure I never have to worry about having issues with the underneath of my house again. I was also impressed by how tidy they left the site considering the mess that is required to undertake the work and their general attitude every day on the job gave me the sense that they really love what they do.

I would enthusiastically recommend Mike and his team to anyone needing foundational repair work done to their dwelling. You will be well taken care of."

"I cannot praise Mike highly enough for his communication, the standard of his work, or his willingness to make the extra effort to help us out when we badly needed it.
We had found ourselves left in the lurch after months of trying to organise for some re-piling work to be done, and Mike, although busy, made time to come and assess what was needed and then fit our smallish job into his busy schedule shortly afterwards. Partial repile and retaining wall completed to a level beyond what I expected.
Much more room under house and a hell of a lot tidier than the way they found it. Our home had been partially dug out underneath but it was a mostly unusable space.
Highly recommend and very happy with the result."

"Easy to contact Central Repiling Ltd as I was finding it hard to get anyone to return my call.
Mike turned up on time and had a pleasant manner. He crawled under our tiny crawlspace and the following day I got a quote via email. Initially he said he couldn't fit us in until April which was fine as there was no rush but he managed to get the work done earlier so that was great.
I came home and the front door was unstuck and the front part of the house was leveled. Also it was cheaper than quoted which was a bonus.
I would highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone:)"

"The house is 2 stories and on a slope so steep that when you walk across the section from side to side when the grass is wet, your feet can slip out from under you without warning. Off the bedroom on the bottom storey (facing the downhill side) was a large square deck split into 2 levels. It was old, poorly piled and wobbly. On the top storey there was a long narrow wraparound deck across the front of the house (which is also on the downhill side) and back up one side of the house. It was also poorly piled, and not even attached to the house and so was extremely wobbly and highly dangerous. A long part of it crossed over the lower deck, and in that area it was only supported by poles coming up from the bottom deck beneath it.

I wanted it all fixed up, as well as the bottom deck being made into a single level by cutting it where the levels were split, and raising the lower level of the bottom deck up to the upper level of the bottom deck and re-joining it so it looked like it had always been a single level deck.

Mike looked it over and assured me it was all no problem. Even so I was a bit nervous about it due to the slope being so steep - I had visions of the lower part of the bottom deck ending up down the hill at the bottom of the section!

Well, I shouldn't have worried. From the moment they arrived Mike and crew were a pleasure to have doing the job - friendly and approachable, nothing was a problem, and they went about their work happily and efficiently. I was also able to watch them actually do the bottom deck re-levelling part, and was struck how easy they made that very difficult assignment look. I never felt there was any chance of anything going wrong at any time, and was impressed with their expertise.

Always left the site tidy, were happy to update me about progress whenever I asked, the work was high quality and done in good time. They weren't the cheapest quote. But when it comes to foundation and structural work you will be relying on for a very long time into the future, saving a few bucks at the expense of soundness and quality work can result in disaster and lots of extra expense down the track in this area. However they did a top professional job - for the excellent job they did they were absolutely great value for money, and they also have one of the best guarantees. I was left with no doubts whatsoever I'd made the right choice. Hoop 021 348804."
