"The spring on our garage door snapped on a Saturday afternoon. Left a message for Colin on his website to ask if he would get back to me sometime in the working week. Colin was here the Monday morning. Fitted new springs to door. Fantastic, speedy service. Garage was back and operating perfectly by late morning. "I'm so glad that I managed to find the right person for my garage door malfunction job. With so many horror stories around tradies these days, I'm always nervous when I have to hire one because it does seem like a lottery. But with Colin, I hit the bull's eye!

To begin with, he answered his phone immediately! Then he diagnosed my problem on the phone which gave me confidence that he seemed to know his stuff. He then came over on the same day and was bang on time. So he ticked many boxes even before he arrived on site. Once at my place, he was friendly, professional, and best of all, he fixed the problem without trying to upsell. I was very impressed with his workmanship and customer service.

If I come across anyone that has a problem with their garage door, I now know who to recommend. Thanks Colin, we need more tradies like you!"

"One of our garage door springs broke, and I decided to use Colin based on the no more cowboys reviews. I called him in the morning, and he said he'd pop by in a couple of hours. He gave pragmatic options, and advice as to what he'd do in the same situation. In the end we decided on him replacing the one broken spring. Was super efficient and left us with a working garage door. Would definitely use him again."

"A few days ago my garage door stopped responding to the remote control. Rang Colin today and he made a few suggestions as to what it could have been, one of which was that one of the little switches in the remote may have moved or lost contact. So I flicked all the switches back and forth and it did the trick!
So yes, I guess I cost him a sale but gues who will I be ringing first in future when I need somebody to fix my garage door??"

"Just wanted to say a big thank you to Colin for the first class service and communication around our blown garage door motor which was to us, a crisis :-) It was fixed today after arranging the time this morning. Colin didn't mess around, quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem, along with tightening chain, re-tensioning of the spring assembly, a replacement fuse, cover clip and overall check and test including spraying all working parts, which was well overdue! This was all for a great price with friendly knowledgeable service, I cannot recommend Colin highly enough and hope many people notice this testimonial of his work. Give him a call!"

"One of our springs broke on our sectional door and we couldn't open it. My wife was due to give birth and our car was stuck in the garage. I called Colin and although he was busy with other jobs that day he made an effort to come over and fix it on the same day in case my wife was to go into labour (luckily she didn't!). He fixed the door and suggested we get another spring to take the load off the opener. We asked him to go ahead and he came back a few days later to finish the job once he had the springs. The job was reasonably priced and so far we're very happy with the results. He's also a great person to deal with. Thanks Colin!"

I read the previous reviews and called for the job on Monday morning to service our garage roller door.
Colin turns up around noon, replaced the steel wires and re-adjusts the springs. Then the 14 years old door back and functioning again. The service charge was also very reasonable. Very please for his fast and excellent service."
