Rekeying locks: If you've moved into a new house and are concerned about others having access to your keys, they can rekey the existing locks so that the old keys will no longer work.
Lockouts: If you find yourself locked out of your property, they can help you regain access.
Digital and Smart Locks: They offer installation and advice on but not limited to Yale and Schlage Smart locks, which can be convenient for busy lifestyles and provide keyless access.
Weathered lock servicing: If your locks have been exposed to the weather and are not functioning smoothly, they can clean, service, and reassemble them. If a lock is beyond repair, they will recommend a suitable replacement based on your budget.
Non-standard color window frames: They can arrange for new window stays to be powder coated to match your non-standard color frames.
Remote controls for garages: They have a sister company, The Garage Remote Guy, which can provide new garage remotes or copies. They offer convenient on-site service to ensure that the remote works before they leave.
