100%"A small hole appeared in our cieling and we new it was goinffg to be a leak in the bathroom above. Glen came out straight away and confirmed our fears. The job would require several visits to complete, first the leak had to be found and then the repairs made. My wife was about to go into hospital for surgery and Glen was able to adjust his schedule to get the work completed before she returned home. He helped prepare our kitchen and two bathrooms for replacement of old bench tops, basins, taps & splash backs. He removed tiles, took out the old bench tops, levelled walls ready for new splash backs, removed an overhead cupboard resized and reinstalled it, adjusted a window frame and even managed to find someone to make new panels to match… our 15 year old bathroom cabinets so we could have a flat bench top and not another waterfall fronted one as everyone else told me I'd have to have.

He had everything he needed to do the job (organised) I was very impressed - he laid out his tools… on a protective cloth on the bench (respectful) and got onto it straight away. He was fast, efficient, cleaned up after himself and the end result was perfect!
The job entailed putting in a 'backboard' between existing cupboards which then had the rangehood mounted onto that. The finishing was perfect - very neat, straight, no gaps, solid. The outside vent was also installed perfectly. Glenn came around promptly to give us a quote. My requirement was that because we use our roof for water collection I was very particular that the product he would use had as little toxicity as possible. 100%"Glenn showed up when he said he would and worked to a short time frame to sort concrete slab and create access door on side of the house for the plumber, as I needed to move my hot water cylinder outside. His work is completed to a high standard, with an eye for detail.
Great communication also, he let me know when he was on his way to the house. This was great for me as I was at work and had left him a key to let himself in. I would highly recommend him.
