  "We have now built for the second time with Golden Homes, this time with the steel framing – at first we were hesitant using the steel framing, however from our own personal experience this was a great choice and I would never go back to the conventional way.
  They had an outstanding ability to listen and adapt the home to our needs and budget.
  The only negative thing was that the council took a long time with the consent, however with due respect this was out of Golden Homes control.… Definitely recommend to our friends and family."

  "we have recently built our home with golden homes . they wher aleast $20,000 cheaper to build with than other companys around nelson .and with alot higher quality fittings
  we found them super to deal with .right from our first visit with matt .... the build came in pretty much on budget .. the customer service we got through out the whole process was great ..they where always easy to get hold of if we needed to ask any questions . and we love our new house . they really have done a great job… . would defently build with them again .

  "After friends used Golden Homes in nelson to build their dream home my wife and I thought we would use them. We were impressed by the quality of specification and couldn\'t believe the quote when it was presented to us - it was $30,000 cheaper than another builder we were thinking of using and we didn\'t have to pay to upgrade our specifications as there specification is much higher than other building companies. The build time was quick and we were kept informed right throughout the process.… Now some other friends are using them and finding the service impeccable."

  "In early 2009 we sat down with Goldenhomes to design and build our house. This was a very large home with a lot of detail. Nothing was a problem, the staff were all friendly and helpful, we came up with a great design that suited our needs, had a meticulous builder and the house was completed in a timely and professional manner. For a house of this size I did not expect things to run as smoothly as they did............I can thoroughly recommend Golden Homes Nelson. "
