"I highly recommend Home Tech Solutions. We recently had a wifi boosting solution in our house installed a full outside CCTV solution and an internal alarm that also monitors smoke/heat detectors. Dennis and Courtenay did an amazing job. Super helpful, super professional, very knowledgeable and gave great advice. I had other companies around as comparative quotes and they did not come close to understanding our requirements like Home Tech. Other companies quotes were also a lot more expensive. "Was at my wits end-No TV for months. Had the Sky boxes sent back as too expensive but could not get any channels. Spoke to Dennis/Home Tech Solutions and he put me at ease. "We asked Denis to review our good quality but aging sound and video system (including our still-functioning VCR) and see if it could be connected to our new Smart TV. And also to repurpose the sound bar that came with the Smart TV to be used with our digital piano instead. Denis came up with a cost-effective solution that didn't require us to purchase any new or expensive equipment and solved all the problems (and also fixed our connection to the TV aerial in the process). Highly recommended"

"Issues with main tv picking up internet. Vodafone extenders intermittent and very frustrating. Also had an issue with another tv in dining that was previously linked but had lost signal. Dennis sorted internet issues for not only tv but wider household also where we experienced wifi fade previously. Then resolved dining room connection by returning on his way home after hours on a a Friday night. Above and beyond level of service. Fully endorse this guy and his professionalism. Wouldn’t use anyone else."

"Deniis fault found to help set up my surround sound but didn't have the right item and advised I could purchase this through Jaycar. I did and still no surround sound. I email Dennis and he said he would pop in on his was home to assist. He then went away and after myself emailing again he advised his technician would come out
No letting me know there would me more cost from my original consult $100 ( as it was on Dennis way home )
The technician came and found I had a faulty optical cable and replaced it. I was happy and thought I would be paying for the cable only and was then emailed the invoice for $130 so that is another call out and $30 for the cable. With no indication that I would incur another call out fee"

"Dennis is gold. Diagnosed my Freeview satellite aerial reception issue on the spot, talked through the issues and fixed it, saving me hard-earned in the process. No need for a new LNB, and the dish bracket was loose at the chimney and out of alignment. He also checked all my other cable connections and tested the signal at both ends. Before I had serious rain fade at the slightest whiff of cloud cover, no longer! Good man and recommended without hesitation. Make him a nice coffee. Cheers Dennis!"

"Dennis was hired to wire up / connect the bedroom TV to the aerial to enable sky to be installed. He did this and much more resulting in an outstanding solution. He was patient and asked many questions to understand what I wanted and then offered an enhanced solutions which I didn't know were possible. He also kept me informed of the cost throughout the process therefore no surprises. Very, very happy. It was worth the 4 week wait. He's obviously in great demand but responded within 24 hours to emails and kept me informed."

"I required someone who could sort out my aerial which had partly detached itself. This could have caused further damage to the property if allowed to fall, so I wanted some reliable.

I read a negative review for another aerial company and the person they suggested was Dennis of Home Tech Solutions Ltd. I'm so glad that I took their advice, as he managed to fit me in the next day and sorted out the issue. I thought that the whole aerial needed to be took down, but Dennis said that I could keep what is still needed today and discard the old UHF one, which is what he did.

Overall very professional, good communications and good price, would highly recommend."

Quickly adjusted aerial to stronger source, tightened the sloppy connection from the last guy, replaced the rubbish cable running from the TV to the wall, which was demonstrably losing 50% of the signal by itself, who woulda guessed - and everything working better than ever before.
