"As soon as I spoke to the owner James on the phone, I knew this was going to be a good choice. Very polite and helpful and was able to give us a solid estimate to clean my mothers couch and carpet on the phone and results after the clean were super impressive. We also had them steam clean some ceilings of hers from years of fly dirt and everything was left sparking clean. We cannot recommend this company enough especially as they dealt with my mother in a very caring and respectful manner; we will definitely recommend to all our friends and family too. "The carpet technician had called in sick, so James did the clean himself later in the eveing after his own days work and put large blowers in to dry out the carpets overnight.
He noticed I had been trying to clean the shower and polished a small patch to show what he could do with his polishing machine, so i got him to clean the lime and minerals off the glass and remove and replace the silicone grout.
He did a fantastic job and the shower glass looks like new.
I would Highly recommend Hot & Steamy.

"Very pleased. James was prompt responding to my query. He and his assistant arrived on time, were polite, professional and helpful. The original brief was cleaning two wool carpets and deep cleaning the couch. James assessed the couch and recommended against a steam clean as he could not guarantee the velvet wouldn't hold water stains. Instead he pointed out he could clean the shower glass. Brilliant result, literally. And the carpets are sparkling too. Painless. The Hot and Steamy make overs have made a world of difference."

"James and Esmeralda did a complete en-suite shower refurbishment for me. This included a full glass clean (and it was very stained), grout, tile and silicone clean and application of a nanoprotector to the glass. It took them a good 3.5 hours to do this and now the shower looks more or less new. Not cheap, but really good value. Thanks guys."

"I cannot rate this business too highly. The last time we had our carpets cleaned by one of the major Auckland companies it was a disaster - the carpets were stretched and soaking for days. James on the other hand was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable, kept in contact, turned up exactly when he said he would, and did an outstanding job - the carpets were left very clean, and dried out within the estimated four hours. We were so impressed that we hired him to come back to remove the stubborn water spots on our shower doors which had defeated our best efforts to remove them for 15 years. "I can only tell it how it was.
We had a lady callapse sick on the carpet; it was three days be fore we could get into the apartment (as she was in hospital}. To our horror when we did find a key the carpet was a mess and badly stained.and we feared the worst. I phoned Vincent he came within the hour and to my amazement he was able to clean the mess and get the stain out , there is now no stain or discolouration to be seen. Would I reccomend him , you bet.

"James, of Hot & Steamy cleaned all the ceilings and carpets in my home today. He has done an outstanding job, way better than any other carpet cleaners I have used previously. He was able to get stains out of a rug that a previous professional carpet cleaner could not.
I am preparing my house to go on the market and the work that James has done has significantly improved the presentation of the home.

"We would highly recommend Hot & Steamy Carpet Cleaning and Pest Control. James came at short notice to undertake upholstery protection for our new lounge suite. The process was very quick and efficient and the results were excellent. The character and colour of the fabric have not been affected while we are now confident it is protected to last us a lot longer into the future. James was also very thorough with ensuring the room was well ventilated during the treatment and informing us of when we would be ok to sit on the sofas post-treatment. A great job - we'd definitely use Hot & Steamy again."

"James was fantastic. Not only did I have cat spew in nearly every room in my house but the carpets were all different. The results were better than expected and he was full of great advice on how to maintain my carpet without the use of stain removers which had bleached my carpet. "I called James about having my lounge suite cleaned, as there was a few marks on the lounge room furniture and started to look a bit dull. He came at a convenient time that suited me and made them look so fresh and clean again!! I was really impressed with his level of service and it made my lounge suite look so much newer then it is. I would recommend his cleaning services to anyone!!"
