100%"Sean installed a new hot water cylinder for us at a much lower price than what others quoted us. Sean also does the electrical work himself, something that other companies said we would pay extra for.
We had a small issue with and Sean happily came back a few days later to resolve the issue at no extra labour cost. Overall really pleased with install.

I had an element replace and soon realised that it was not simply a case of pulling the old one out and inserting a new one. As Rob did a very good job last time, I immediately contacted him and he arrived on time as promised. After changing a valve, the overflow stopped. He showed up on time despite the heavy traffic, and immediately saw a valve was installed upside down, though that wasn't the cause of the problem. Then he replaced another leaking valve and turned a third valve wider open. He was very thorough and did not mind I was hovering around him so I could understand what the problem was with my hot water cylinder. After excluding the common issues, he noticed a very small trail of moist (coming from the toilet upstairs) going into the switch of the cylinder, which caused it to short circuit.… All it needed was a replacement of the affected part of the switch. 100%"We could't have been happier with Rob's service and advice. He saved us (actually, our landlord) hundreds of dollars by diagnosing the problem from a distance and narrowing the fault down to the thermostat from just a few photos and explanation of the problem from us. Sure, the whole water heater may need replacing sooner rather than later but for now it's fixed for chump change compared to a full water cylinder.
I echo the sentiments of other reviewers that Rob isn't out to make money by… selling you something you don't need. With his level of service I'd suggest he's more likely out to make friends!

100%"It was a couple of days after the recent storm that we noticed our hot water was out. We rang Rob to get him to sort it and he agreed to come out that afternoon. However he rang back 30mins later saying he'd fielded a number of calls from our area and that it was most likely a continuing network fault from the wild weather.
Although he didn't do any work for us I appreciated his honesty in calling back when he could have easily came out and pocketed an easy call out fee. Because of this I… would not hesitate in calling or recommending him for any hot water problems in the future.

100%"Brilliant service. Our thermostat packed in the Friday before christmas and Rob came out the same day. He explained what was wrong really clearly and even lent us a thermostat overnight so that we wouldn't have to do without hot water!!
Unfortunately we needed a new hot water cylinder but it was all in and fitted the next day at a really good price.Highly recommended. Lovely guys.
