"Andrew was incredibly helpful with installing our dishwasher. We had just moved into an older home that didn’t have space in the cabinetry, and after contacting four different cabinet makers who all said the job was too difficult or not possible, we were starting to feel quite discouraged.

Andrew stepped in and recommended a builder who was able to modify the cabinets create the space in just two hours. After that, Andrew installed the dishwasher efficiently and professionally.

When I initially texted explaining I needed a toilet replaced, we were able to have a phone call discussion and clarify details. He then suggested that I send photographs to him of what was currently there so let me know what replacement was needed. This meant that so I could - using his expertise - get the required items before he even showed up (saving everyone time and money). "Had one of those annoying dribbling toilet cisterns. Andrew came recommended so rang him yesterday, got him in the middle of a job. When he called me back he said he had a cancellation so could come over now, which he did. Not only did he fix the problem toilet with new inlet hose and cistern, he identified that the other bathroom toilet would give us the same problems sooner than later. So, both updated accordingly in a professional and efficient manner. My husband was at home recovering from heart surgery, Andrew brought the recycling bin in for him. Ideal Plumbing is our go to now and would highly recommend to others."

"Andrew replaced a kitchen tap for me 4 years ago which I was very happy with. So he was the first one I called when I had a leaky water main pipe.

"Andrew was great. He promptly gave me an estimate for a leaking water-mains pipe. I sent him photos of where it was [could be], he came out, fixed the pipe, sent me a picture of the offending damage and he completed it all while I was at work.
To top it all off, he carefully moved the garden bark and weed-mat from the area and replaced it again at the end of the job.
