The work I needed done was pretty low rent, but it didn't matter to JMAC who made me feel important, even though it was only a couple of switches and plugs.

The work was done really well, with no mess, quickly and easily.

The guy on the phone said someone would be at our place at 8am the following day. Sure enough, at 7.55am Ollie turned up. He was a very polite young man, and very efficient. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He said what the possible faults with the toilet light may be.… As it turned out the switch was faulty so he replaced it. He had to go to the supplier to get the security lights, but he had some samples with him so we could choose what sort we wanted before he went to get them.

We are very happy with the service and the price, and highly recommend this company. And it's great to have the double plugs in place, it's much easier for us."

First time was for a blown transformer in a closed box light fitting. Heath made sure we had a temporary light fitting in place before he left whilst the warranty was being sorted out.

The second time was for a couple of faulty plug fittings. Hamish fixed those and checked two others that… were also found to be faulty and fixed those as well.

Dawn at the office is a pleasure to deal with, fitting me in both times at short notice.
