"After visiting two other kitchen designers and feeling very underwhelmed, I was really impressed with the kitchen Jess put together for our new home. Jess listened to our requirements and came back with a design that ticked all the boxes. She did a lot more than set out the cupboards, a lot of thought was put in to how the space would be used, where everything would go and accommodated the fit-out to our family ensuring there was space for things where the children could (and couldn’t) access. She thought about the layout with the appliances and where everything would go really well.

Jess wasn’t afraid to give advice about things we wanted that weren’t practical, she helped us work within the budget offering lots of alternatives and was always available for the many tweaks along the way.

Highly recommend using Jess for your kitchen, we absolutely love ours!"

"I found Dom at the Milford showroom welcoming, and super helpful. He was patient with my indecisiveness and great with offering guidance on how to use space efficiently and options for lighting in the pantry (this has made a real difference). He ensued we had the samples needed to feel confident in our decisions.

Importantly after installation Dom followed up to ensure we were happy and sorted out the remedial work without a fuss and in a timely manner. He is a great communicator which is vital to ensuring you end up with a kitchen/pantry that is what we expected. We enjoy our kitchen/pantry every day and find it suits our lifestyle. "At the outset I compared other quotes. My new kitchen process started at the design stage with Charlotte at Milford. She was extremely attentive and took on board my several unusual requests and made a few suggestions until we came up with my ideal design. I felt confident seeking her advice on several options and her reassurance throughout the process inspired confidence. From then on the process continued with a great Kitchen Mania Team including James and Jason, Oscar, Caine and Chris. Then there were the manufacturers, delivery guys and admin. staff. They were all knowledgeable, professional, patient, respectful, punctual, communicative, enthusiastic and cheerful. Kitchen Mania have been meticulous about the standard achieved. Altogether a great experience and from start of old kitchen removal by my builder to completion of new kitchen and all was done in just under three weeks. I am so happy with the result."

"We approached Laura at the Mt Wellington branch as we had heard Kitchenmania advertised and were vaguely interested in replacing our ageing kitchen. "Rowena is a gem, a thorough Professional who made the job of making decisions
( re the MANY details that are so important when renovating a kitchen ) much easier than I expected.

"Needing a new kitchen during the recent lockdown called for creativity. KitchenMania was up to the challenge. Via video chat, I met Tracey, explained our need/budget for renovating a rental unit, shared my rough concept drawing and she came back quickly with a solution and improvements. As we worked out appliances and the finer details, she was always happy to make amendments ensuring we got exactly what we wanted. From order to install was less than 5 weeks and the entire team - including site measurement and installers weer all just fab. I will not go anywhere else for my own or my rental property kitchens. "Getting my Kitchen renovated was a big deal for me. Where do I start. Best thing I ever did was ringing Kitchen Mania. Viran is so good at what he does. First thing that ticked one of the boxes was that he listened to what didn't work with the old kitchen and came up with ideas that was spot on for us. We also got Viran to look at our garage / laundry and come up with ideas for this area that would suit our family needs. When we saw the plans, Viran was spot on with everything, we didn't have to change anything on them. The installation went smoothly and the attention to detail was very high. I would highly recommend anyone getting a kitchen renovation done, to give Kitchen Mania a call."

"From start to finish the process could not have been easier. During the design stages any little changes we required were made with no hassles. The design team had some great ideas and explained why some of ours weren’t so great.
The installation team were extremely professional and fussy with their product, nothing was too much trouble and if something wasn’t right it was fixed.
We are more than happy with our new kitchen and people who helped us put it all together."

"When looking for a new kitchen, we visited a number of kitchen providers / companies. kitchenmania supported us with an excellent planning service provided by Mrs Sarah Tate, so we decided to go with this company. We would like to emphasize that the recommendations and advice provided by Mrs Tate worked to our highest satisfaction.
Nevertheless, a special mention deserves the builders' team, in particular Mr Steve Rackham. The organisation and communication with us - even before the installation took place - provided by Steve worked already really well! However, when reviewing the final installation of the kitchen (set up by Steve), our expectation had been exceeded by far. The attention to detail, coupled with excellent craftsmanship and communication has been just outstanding. - Even after finishing this job, Steve did not hesitate to go over the entire installation to tidy up the site and even to remove all rubbish!
It is fair to say that Steve provided us with an outstanding service leading ultimately to a kitchen installation that went far beyond our expectations. We are highly satisfied with the service and the result of this project.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank kitchenmania, but in particular Mr Rackham for his outstanding contribution. - We would have no hesitation to recommend kitchenmania to any potential customer."

"What an absolute pleasure it was to have my new kitchen designed and installed by Kitchen mania. I had waited 20 years for my dream kitchen and had very high expectations. Each and everyone was met. The staff were professional and were always mindful it was my kitchen but guided me when I did not quite have the right idea. There is not one thing I would change as a result.
Their after service is exceptional. I contacted them 3 months after installation with a couple of very minor tweaks and they had them fixed two hours after my email. A big thank you to all the staff I dealt with you are a credit to this company."

"Kitchen Mania was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the outset. Our experience started with a visit from their lovely salesperson to assess our existing space and design an amazing new kitchen tailored specifically to how we live and cook. Everything ran smoothly throughout the design process and installation went very well considering the overall misalignment of our kitchen – their installers may well have a side degree in magic! Any issues (only minor, as can be expected with any renovation) were dealt with promptly and gave us no reason at all for concern. We are beyond happy with how the kitchen turned out and we would use Kitchen Mania for future projects in a heartbeat! Our only regret is not having done it sooner. Thanks Kitchen Mania for everything that your amazing team did for us!"

"I had begun to think after sales service was a thing of the past, companies are all about the point of sale and new customers, but the service I received from Liz (Mt Wellington) was outstanding.
We bought a kitchen probably 7-8 years ago and have replaced the fridge which meant that the above fridge doors were 15mm too long although the rest of the cabinetry was still perfect. After a phone conversation about the problem and a few photos with measurements Liz came back to me with a 'no problem, you come in and we will cut them down and re-edge them while you wait'. I was astounded by the willingness to help me after such a long time. That's what I call service.
Absolutely unreservedly recommend Kitchen Mania.

"We are really love our kitchen, it is very practical, even though most of it is black! The kitchen has lots of storage for a smaller kitchen and we really like the mix of colours. Kitchen Mania was great to deal with and made the process easy, especially as we were living in Wellington while we were renovating our Auckland home. They had some good ideas for the design and I threw some ideas in myself which that were happy to make happen, thanks Kitchen Mania!"

"Loving my new kitchen. The bench top is a piece of art and a pleasure to work on. The black granite sink and the tap detail completes the picture. The fitted hot tap is the "best ' , no bench clutter with jugs and cords and instant access to boiling water. Clean lines and a little warmth of colour in the cabinetry blends well with bench. Spaces for everything."

"I absolutely love my Kitchen from Kitchen Mania. There were tweaks that had to be made after install, (to be expected). New cupboard hinges took 3 months to sort and perfect, and led lighting remote is still faulty, but this was given to me anyway.
They always met appointment times and worked with me with after hours visits.
My main frustration as the job unfolded, was that I dealt with at least 4 people and things were getting confusing and repetitive and very annoying. Graham, in sales, took over and became my main point of contact even though this was not his job (and he was extremely busy with sales). From that time on, he dealt with everything and it made my experience so much better. He was AMAZING.
Every day I enjoy my kitchen. Thanks Graham."

"Kitchen mania were a great company to deal with, and have provided a kitchen we are very happy with. Greg was helpful with design and suggestions of material. There was no hard sell, were given options and given time to make decisions. Installation went ahead on the agreed date, and any finishing touches added once the kitchen was in. "Thank you Kitchen Mania we LOVE our new kitchen!!!!

We went to Kitchen Mania in the hope of replacing our original 1970's kitchen with something that was modern, functional and would add value to our house without being overpriced. Greg worked with us to design a beautiful kitchen that met all of our requirements and more! Greg was very professional, he listened to our needs and came out to our house on two occasions during the design process (We couldn't decide whether we were going to keep the kitchen in the same location or re arrange our entire house to put it in the current lounge!)

Once we made our final decisions on the design of the kitchen we paid our deposit and everything ran very smoothly. The after sales team made sure we were aware of all of the important dates and what we needed to prepare before the kitchen was delivered. Martyn also came over for a site measure.

The kitchen was delivered on time and the install ran very smoothly. We were really happy with the quick turn around of the stone bench top and the quality of workmanship in both the kitchen and in the bench top.

There are not many companies out there these days that we would leave our front door key out for - but we felt very comfortable with the Kitchen Mania team and were happy for them to do site measurements and install the kitchen while we were at work.

Overall we have a VERY cool new kitchen that we absolutely love!! We enjoyed the process and would recommend Kitchen
Mania to both family and friends.

"I was so happy with the service we received from Kitchen Mania I would use them again, and highly recommend them.

We did a lot of research prior to choosing Kitchen Mania. We had quite a few friends who had used them and recommend them. One friend had been working in kitchens (installing benchtops) for 15 years told us " you just can't do better" after getting a number of quotes we decided to use them.
Chris was very helpful giving expert advice, and was able to tell me the prices of things to ensure everything was within my budget. I had very high expectations, and wanted a benchtop I didn't think they stocked in NZ all of which Chris sorted. I changed my mind a few times and Chris went out of his way accommodate, nothing was ever to much trouble.
Our kitchen installer Jamie was fantastic, a perfectionist, who installed and fitted everything with precision, and made sure the whole kitchen functioned well before he left, double checking we were happy.
Its been 2 months and not a day goes by were one of us doesn't say "I love this Kitchen" It is awesome. Thank you very much Kitchen Mania."

"We find Kitchen Mania service absolutely AMAZING and would be happy to rate them 10 out of 10.

We asked them to make a 5K dollar kitchen for us for an investment property and got a VIP treatment all the way as if we placed a 50K order.

Kitchen Mania always delivered what they promised and did everything they could to accommodate our requests. There were a few of them as we had to change the size of the fridge cabinet after the kitchen had been manufactured, we had to ask their technician to come over and re-adjust the hob. All of that was done in an extremely fast and professional way, with a polite email from after-sales service to follow whether everything was to our satisfaction.

We are extremely happy with Kitchen Mania team and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They are professional, reliable and provide quality and excellent customer service.

"We have been renovating our house and when we got to the kitchen after a lot of shopping around we settled on Kitchen Mania. We dealt with Belinda who provided us with great service. We then had the Kitchen installed and thats where the great service ended.

Our kitchen units were delivered with scratches on them, there were visable chips out of the end units, the gap between the bench and the bench unit was just filled up with silicone (over .5cm). Also even though they use another company the granite bench had several chips and scratches. Carl come out to visit and confirmed he would get these remedied however he told me I was being fussy\". Due to the delays (two additional weeks due to bench needing to be replaced the thursday before christmas) we were 10 weeks without a functional kitchen as we couldnt get the gas fitter back in before christmas.

Carl spoke to me as if I was an idiot and made me feel if all the faults were my problem however we clearly explained that this was our first time renovating a kitchen so would like some guidence and given that they are the professionals I believe they were just trying to get a sale through before christmas. They were all recified however I felt they were done so begrudgingly. I would not recommen Kitchen mania"
