"We contacted Brett on Saturday and although he couldn't come then, he talked us through possible options and troubleshooting by phone. We rung again Monday at 8am and he arrived at 9am. Found the problem then returned later that afternoon with the new pump and fixed our washing machine. He is very efficient and thorough. "I called Leppard Electrical repairs at 8.50am 24/02. Brett took my call, I explained I had a fault with my F&P washing machine. Not completely draining and spinning. I listened and made an appointment to come around at 9.30am (40minutes later). He turned up on time diagnosed and fixed my machine in 30 minutes.
Outstanding service, prompt, efficient and friendly.

"Couldn't rate Brett highly enough. Efficient must be his middle name! After going round in circles with a big company about getting my washer fixed my neighbours told me to call Brett and my only regret is not calling him sooner. Came on the same day and fixed the issue in 5 minutes and took the time and effort to show me what was broken and how it works. Final cost was alot more reasonable than my original quote from the big company too. Bonus points because he also smelt really nice."

"Great experience, first time using this company and was impressed with the reviews.
Gave them a call and easily fit me in the same day at a time that suited me.
Arrived on time, friendly and professional
Managed to easily diagnose the problem with my washing machine by pressing some buttons and getting the fault code, had spare parts in the van - quickly and efficiently repaired my washing machine. Showed me what was wrong and the warn out parts, recommended and demonstrated how to get better life out of the machine. Cleaned up after himself.
Then moved onto the dryer (it’s been a week of things going wrong!) easily diagnosed the fault, had spare parts in the van - also pointed out where my dryer was situated meant it wasn’t getting the best air flow so made a recommendation to unscrew and change the output so I could continue to use the dryer in the spot I needed. Showed me the warn out parts, tested it all worked well and the bill was very reasonable.
Will use this company for all work needed moving forward, I couldn’t recommend them enough."

"I was looking for someone to repair my washing machine and came across this page, with its many positive recommendations about quality service. I phoned Brett on Friday afternoon. He ascertained the problem over the phone, ordered parts, and called me at 8.30am on Monday morning to say they had arrived.

Very reasonably priced work.
Very knowledgeable (had the issue figured out in ten minutes) and able to relay that knowledge to me in a way I could understand.
He had the parts needed in his van so all up two and a half hours from the time I called to when I could use my machine again.

"Have used Brett a few times, oven died a few years back, diagnostic process resulted in sound advice, and a replacement oven. Next time was the old, dodgy dishwasher that gave up the ghost, again sound diagnostic and advice recommending website for replacement consideration, dishwasher replaced. Most recent time was the washing machine not operating, again great diagnostic process, technical explanation of issue and replacement part needed to repair. All three visits, Brett has demonstrated excellent communication, timeliness and often coming out same day call was made. Reasonable rates and good, consistent service. Can't recommend Leppard Electrical enough!"

"Week before Christmas and washing machine decided to start leaking. Only Monday free to sort it and didn't like my chances... Googled for assistance and checked your reviews. Phoned at 8.00 am and Brett said he could be round at 10.30, asked a few questions and arrived at 10.28am with the replacement part. Straight to work and job done within 10 minutes. While he was doing it he explained common causes of malfunctions and a couple of other good suggestions to help maintain the machine. He seemed in a hurry but in a good way - busy but still focused on me and my problem. "I organised a service agent to check my washing machine out on Friday. He left saying he would send me an estimate on Monday [I felt I was pushed aside as it was Friday] as I would have to consider as to whether it was worth fixing or putting the money into a new machine.
I was recommended Leppard Electrical so rang today at 9am and was given a time of 1pm to call around.
In the meantime the first service agent rang me and advised the repair would be $591.00 including the callout.
Leppard Electrical came and the machine was going within half an hour, all fixed for $116.15 including the call out.
Was absolutely wrapped with the service and efficiency of this guy, found a fault that had been there since new, and fixed that too. Fully explained the fault and the repair done.
Would totally recommend this business to any and everyone.

"I called this company after I had a recommendation by a family member to help fix my broken washing machine. He was helpful and pleasant on the phone and we organized a time for later that same day. He arrived in his van at the right time, and he found the problem almost immediately, did a repair, tested the machine and had it working in no time. He was courteous and explained what the problem had been, why it had happened and how he had fixed it. I didn't have any cash on me, so he was able to give me an invoice to pay direct credit. As we are a family of four, I really appreciated how quickly he was able to come and get our washer back running again! Thanks, we will definitely be using these guys again."

"I asked Brett via email from Wellington if he would contact my daughter living in Palmerston North and fix her washer, which had stopped after being moved. He called me the next morning, gave me an estimate, contacted my daughter and went out and fixed the washer - all the next day. "We had our washing machine give up on rinse cycle,so we gave Leppard Electrical a call,
We thought we would of had to buy a new machine but his service was quick and came around within 2 hours to fix the problem and for a great price.
turned out to be 8 years of fluff had blocked the pump.
We will recommend him to all.

"I contacted Brett re a fault on out DeLonghi dish washer . I was keen to have a go at fixing it my self (I have a technical background), but needed some information. He gave me some very useful information over the phone, but in the end, I had to get him to come out to look at it. He diagnosed and repair the fault in one visit and overall I was very pleased with his work. He had the spare part on him, which meant that he didn't need to do a second trip. Total cost was about $180 including the part (a water flow sensor). I would certainly recommend his service"
