100%"Two years ago when I moved into my rental, I had all the very old locks re-keyed. Lockman was fast, courteous, and changed 8 locks to be all the same and provided me with 8 keys (all onsite, with very little wait) for $200. This week, the lock barrel on the ancient deadbolt fell apart. The same guy came out quickly, got my lock fixed without the need for new keys or for replacing or changing any of the other locks -- and because of my repeat business, he declined to charge me his after-hours… callout additional fee (which I could ill-afford to pay).

Phil went beyond the call of duty and even picked me up from work and took me to the bank on a Saturday afternoon after work!
