He was able to carry out the work on the spot, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. Phil was friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to answer a few additional questions I had along the way.

Importantly, he made sure the job was completed to a high standard, even making a couple of minor adjustments to ensure everything was working perfectly before he left.

"Phil came with lollies, and opened my lock in a second.. literally in a second, then even made an extra key for me. So kind and friendly, also you can trust him right away. It's so hard to find someone like him these days in Auckland. I really recommend him for anyone who locked themselves out. "Phil is THE MAN! He knows his stuff and more! Jack of all trades I like to call him.
Called Phil in the morning and he was there a couple of hours later. Sent him a pic and vid of what needing fixing and he came prepared with options. He replaced a lock at our restaurant and went the extra mile to make sure the new one wasn’t “tight” and kept working on it until it came right. Not only that, he had a look at our door handle and tried his best to tighten it up for us as we didn’t have any allen keys and went on to recommend a place where we could get a new handle from.
He’s got a good vibe and I always learn something from him and he goes on to explain what he’s doing and why.

"Amazing service! This past Sunday, someone had tried to break into our apartment. The door handle was left wrecked, and we we're so worried that we would have to wait days for it to be fixed with no way to lock our door. "Outstanding service. On Sunday, we discovered that we had been burgled on Saturday night. Amongst the things taken were a set of car keys that included a house key.
