100%"When I wanted some exterior painting done three years ago I went all through many Master Painters in Auckland, and only 3 were listed as 'Quality Assured'. Profile Painters was one of the 3, and so I chose them after getting a quote from them and another of the 3.
I was delighted with the quality of work and the painters at the time, and didn't hesitate to invite them to quote for some recent work painting a fence in November 2024.
They replied promptly to my website enquiry, where I… sent some photos. A couple of weeks later they came to see the work in person, and the next day two painters completed the work - water-blasting and two top coats - in six hours. I was delighted. I was unable myself to assess what exact work needed doing, but this choice by them turned out to be excellent.

100%"From the start, Profile Painters organised and completed the entire painting job very well. The house wash people were first followed by the folks putting up the scaffolding. The team then worked on the exterior, spending a lot of time preparing and filling. Some plaster areas need repair, and the Profile team has fixed these up so that they are watertight. There were also barge boards that needed replacing, and Profile organised a builder to make the necessary repairs. The scaffold was taken… down as soon as the painting was complete, and we did not incur any unnecessary scaffolding charges.

They came out promptly to assess the house to give me a quote - the owner Paul came out as well and he was able to make recommendations to me concerning different areas that needed attention.
Once we had approved the quote to paint our house they were very efficient and prompt to get the right scaffolding companies to quote on the job as well - and the successful scaffolding company was excellent and great to deal with as… well.
They got all the scaffolding up and then the painting small but efficient team arrived and started on the high work on the house. The team of Chris ( the Foreman ) + Chris's helper painter ,Matt and Yarco ( ? ) were a really good team - they all worked in well together.
I felt comfortable to have them on our property - Chris was also very helpful with painting suggestions and solutions.
The quality of their work looks to be very high. I am very pleased with the end result - they have done a great job - all on time and at each of the agreed prices in our quote.

We had full access to Paul (the owner) at all times (ie could call or email him if we needed to) and Paul personally came out to quote at the beginning and check the job over at the end. There was also another 'quality control' guy who inspects… all the jobs on the go to ensure they meet their high standard requirements.

I\'ve still had no response to my email or voicemail from this time last year when I tried to re-book an appointment with Paul. The longer we\'ve lived here, the more issues we have noticed with the plaster job. We paid for a level 5 finish (paint finish) but this is definitely not what we have. We only used Profile for our plastering/skimming of whole house and… unfortunately had major issues with the painters. In fairness to Paul, he was really helpful when we were dealing with the shonky painters, but we\'ve never completely resolved our issues.
