"Sonny and his team were great. Prompt, professional and excellent communication. I thought we needed to top up our insulation, and I would have paid more unnecessarily. But Sonny is honest, he said our insulation thickness is fine just needed to get his guys to move the existing insulation around to fill gaps caused by air con technicians and electricians work in the past and add more in parts as needed. Michael one of his guys took photos to show me the work once completed. Excellent service. A+++"

"We had 14 days in between tenancies and had gone to a lot of effort to schedule all repairs and maintenance to our property during this time. Unfortunately the insulation company we had organised to install the ground moisture barrier some weeks earlier, did not show up and so we were left frantically trying to re-organise the work to be done. We had used Sonny before at a family property, and hadn't realised that he provided services for ground moisture barrier. Sonny returned my message for help within 24 hours followed closely by an onsite visit to provide a quotation. Although he advised it was unlikely he could fit us in at such short notice, he did! "Amazing experience with Rodney Insulation (RI). Had 5 rental units to insulate and got RI to quote based on their positive feedback from No More Cowboys. Very fast quoting with competitive pricing. Insulation recommended was above the required standards (so nice to know that the cheapest option was not being recommended). Sonny promptly answered my questions. Boys turned up when booked and worked hard in getting it all done without too much disturbance to the tenants. An underfloor water pipe was accidentally broken but this was sorted out by Sonny. Was nice to see that ceiling insulation had been upgraded free of charge. Would definitely use Sonny again. Nice also to see that a deposit wasn't required and that the work was checked by Sonny before issuing the invoices."

"I was recommended to use Rodney Insulation by DLB Construction Ltd. Sonny contacted me immediately and very promptly made a site visit to my property to measure and provide a quote. I was very happy with the price and asked them to proceed. I was given a date of about a month away which I was happy with. Sonny then contacted me and offered to do the job the following week as they had a cancellation. I approved this and they carried out the work as promised. I wasn't present at the time but my tenant assures me the workers were all very professional and nice guys who worked efficient and just got on with it. She was very impressed.

"Right from the start when Pepi came to assess the job and give a quote I found the company very efficient and pleasant to work with. Although the job was small it was accepted pleasantly and priced accordingly. The two chaps who replaced the Batts did an excellent job, were friendly and polite to talk to and didn't waste any time at all. Overall I was very pleased with all aspects of the job and would gladly recommend the company to anyone who needed insulation."

"By far one of the best guys I've had experience with. Very friendly, professional, and his crew are also on the same boat.

I had underfloor insulation and moisture barrier installed, with no issues, problems, setbacks or any of that sort. Very good quote and contact, followed by installation in a timely manner.

Outstanding job, and they even went into corners and areas that were a challenge in the eyes of other installers.
