100%"Gutter issues led to comments about roof standard. Multiple roofers attended, all gave me quite different opinions. Mike attended, took great photos, explained my options - did not push me into a new roof, but I decided it was the best option for peace of mind. His quote was not the cheapest but it was the best as it included all necessary safety gear etc. And it was still heaps cheaper than some of the others.
Team did a great job on site. Left spare panels for my dad's fencebuilding… adventures. Gave me good advice about a guttering issue and fixed it (additional cost), which has revolutionised my bird-shower experiences (i.e. I don't get them anymore). On time, to spec, awesome. Have waited a few months to make sure the roof doesn't leak and it doesn't. 0%"Poor quality, highly disappointed!! I had a roof replaced in Papatoetoe 1 year ago because of the good ratings and good price. Since then I have had FOUR different leaks! I had to get them to come back twice to fix them for me (and they were not very apologetic about it either). After the third leak I got a different tradesman in to fix the issue and he commented on the "poor installation". Now with the fourth leak which I just had to pay to repair I wanted to leave this review so… other people are aware. 100%"Have used Smart Roofing on two separate occasions to replace roofing. First was when we were overseas and a serious leak was reported by tenants. The repair was organised by email and performed efficiently. Communication was top notch and although we were overseas we knew exactly what was going on. 100%"My roof was leaking, the plastered ceiling damaged and the floor (chipboard turns to weetbix when wet) damaged. I rang many roofing firms - many said they did not do decramastic tiles/roofs. finally from No Cowboys I found Smart Roofing. They came that afternoon, made a temporary repair, and came back a few days later as agreed and repaired the roof. They also removed the broken pieces hanging off the extra TV aerial and checked the guttering for me. The next day it rained heavily - but the… roof did not leak.

100%"I found Smart Roofing fing through the NoCowboys website and am glad I did. My experience with Smart Roofing was superb from start to finish. They are professional and efficient. They were first and very prompt to respond to my request for a quote, when others either took a long time or didn't respond at all. Although I never actually met Mike, the communication via email was good. The crew turned up when they said they would and worked hard, completing the work in the timeframe they indicated.… They were cheerful and very easy to communicate with and did some extras, like adding insulation when it was revealed that there wasn't much there. Brian was on site within 10 mins of speaking to Mike, as he was in the area. Before I knew it a quote was emailed to me 2 hrs later. If only all tradesmen could be that organised. than another quote and after the heavy rain we have had in last 10 days I know the problem has been fixed.

When he came out to look at the project, he gave me a few different options and had plenty of good suggestions on how to make it work within my budget. In the end, the final cost was actually a bit cheaper then the quote. All in all I highly recommend them. A great JOB and I would gladly do business with them again.
