  "Amazing this outfit is still in business. If an item you buy goes wrong they will fix/replace but charge freight to return it ( overcharging too) most businesses get you to return item at your cost and they send out the replacement at thier cost"

  "They made me pay for an a couple of items $287.9 that they said after they no longer have. After that they said will send better ones at the same price. 2 weeks later they ask me for more money, at this stage I have asked for my money back. What I was buying was supposed to be a present for someone. Never heard from them since. I sent a few complaint e-mails, left messages on their answer machine. I have put a complaint with Commerce Consumer, no help from there either.Nothing. I have copies of… all e-mails and payment receipt."

  "Took in a low value PC needing the video card replaced. The cost was $335. They charged me $145 for a card that is widely available on Price Spy for under $46, and for extra work that I'm sure was unnecessary, including a $65 GST 'tune-up' that didn't even include defragging the hard disks. Whenever I questioned something or asked for an explanation I felt the response was unhelpful and condescending and I ended up feeling badly ripped off. "
