"Like everyone who has reviewed Top Floor Sanding, I contacted Pati after reading these amazing reviews. Pati met with us to go over our requirements for sanding & polishing our kitchen, dining room and hallways and was very knowledgeable about what the result would look like. A short while later, we decided to add on the laundry floor and Pati requoted us simply from the measurements we provided.
He was happy to shift the work date back a couple of times for us to have our builder come to do some remediation work.
I was onsite while the work was being done and I was highly impressed by the care taken, the speed of the work and the communication from Joss, Khody and Pati. Not to mention I'm absolutely thrilled with the result.
Would definitely recommend Top Floor Sanding, and am already considering whether we show off the floorboards in the rest of the house!"

"I used Pati and his team to sand and polish my hall and dining room, and they did an excellent job, so I asked them back to do my living room. This wasn't an easy job as I had had some boards replaced, which sat at a higher level than the rest of the floor, and some boards had old borer tracks and other imperfections. The guys gave me a perfectly level floor, but some areas hadn't retained the filling, so I asked Pati to remedy this. He quickly sent his guys back to refill/sand and repolish the whole floor. The result is excellent - all I could hope for. The real test of tradesmen is their response when things aren't quite right, and Pati passed this test with flying colours. He did this with speed, courtesy and grace. Thank you."

"We contacted Top Floor Floorsanding to bring our old Rimu and Matai floors back to life (+-100 sqm). Pati was quick to quote and offered various solutions and options for additional floor board repairs required. Once we decided on what we wanted Pati's guys got in to the work quickly. During the project, additional particle board was discovered under the carpets and Pati sorted the additional work out quickly, quoting and getting the work done in one day. "We got several quotes for floorsanding/varnishing and chose Top Floor Floorsanding to sand and varnish our lounge, dining and hallway. "We asked for three floor sanders to supply a quotation for work on the floors at my home.Two out of three turned up and Pati was the first my wife talked to. His quotation was very clear and he broke down all the areas his price was almost the same as the other quotation but better presented . My wife was happy with the way Pati explained what he was going to do . He gave us clear time frame and was able to fit in with our time frame as we had to leave the house for Pati to do the work.
