Nothing was a problem – even when I made a change to the project scope part way through the build. Cam gave me options, suggested improvements and made recommendations on bathroom fittings. 100%"Fantastic job by Cam and his Absolute Bathrooms tradies. Our shower build, tiling and plumbing task was picked up by Cam at very short notice and had a very quick deadline for completion. Cam assisted me with preparation of all of the Wgtn City Council consent paperwork, lodged it himself and navigated it through the council channels. He completed his building tasks when he said he would and made sure the Tilers and Plumber were on site on days specified. All work was completed on time and to… an excellent standard. Old kitchen was gutted ahead of schedule and other prep work completed in good time for the arrival of new cabinetry. 65%"The workmanship was top notch, the customer service wasn't. Sub-contractors used for the job managed to overload a power circuit cutting power to part of our house. They didn't have the decency to to tell us despite me being on the property when it happened. There was confusion over what the company was going to supply and what we were to supply despite it being outlined on the quote leading to some testy exchanges. All followed up by a testy call two days aftyer final invoice was received… demanding payment immediately. AB claims they had sent me an invoice earlier, I never received it.

We have a 1960 home with a lot of wood features, we wanted an update to existing spaces… including replacing all the cabinetry with appropriate style cabinets.. All the guys worked with us to achieve a sympathetic update of our living space.
In 2012, Richard & his team of tradesmen, very capably turned around our very dated small bathroom (including wooden shower box) in a two week timeframe. The work was and still is great.

100%"We are so happy that we engaged Rich to originally upgrade our bathroom and toilet in our investment property. The quality of work was so good that we got his company to do the full renovation. This included a new kitchen, a new roof, aluminum windows install, wall realigning, painting inside and out, electrical upgrade etc. Richard Project managed this and because he is the consummate professional gave us and will give you the correct advice in terms of what you are trying to achieve… financially or personally.
He has assembled such a great team (including Billy) and network that it would be extremely hard to find another company that could deliver such a quality outcome.
We were able to rent our property out at the top end of the market and intend to use Rich and hi company again for our other properties. The only problem is giving this evaluation the demand is higher but they deserve the praise.

95%"In May 2013 Rich & his team at Absolute Bathrooms completely gutted and renovated 2 bathrooms in our 1980s executive-style rental property in Churton Park Wellington over a period of a 2-3 weeks. In short, 2 bathrooms were relined, a new bath, new shower boxes, vanities and toilets installed. Tiling was also completed.
The renovation took place while the tenants (a family of 4) remained at the property.
The job was well coordinated, tradesmen were tidy, efficient and polite to… tenants and the renovations were completed to a very high standard.

Two years ago Richard and co. did a bathroom renovation for me, this year a kitchen. They followed my plans and specifications closely, any small deviations mutually agreed. The worksite was kept clean and tidy, services off for the minimum time and all rubbish taken away.

100%"Absolute Bathrooms are half way through my bathroom renovation but I felt compelled to email my feedback so far. I found Richard off this No Cowboys site and so far he has been brilliant. If you're like me and have had nightmare tradesmen in the past, then I can honestly say Richard is the one you want for the job. All jobs have run to schedule and I did change my mind about doing my own painting and decided to have his team do it. This must have thrown his schedule out however he didn't… stress about me exercising my "womans prerogative to change my mind", and today - Sunday - I get a call from the friendly plasterer who came in to do his bit so the painting can begin tomorrow. It's amazing that a) a tradesman turned up and b) on a Sunday! I will give final feedback once the job is completed, but so far so good and with this kind of service, Richard will have many more jobs from me in the future.
