"Keith helped begin the process to sort a cockroache and rodent problem. He was very helpful in providing on going advice and resources to help us through the process of elimination as this one was a more long term fix rather than a one-off fix. It was so pleasing to find this company so local to where I live in Maungaturoto. I received a very prompt reply to my phone call and have been extremely happy with his evaluation of the work needed. Although it was a fairly small problem it was treated with the utmost care and attention. I couldn’t be happier with this company and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if I needed to. "Complete rip off. So much more expensive than anyone I’ve ever used. Didn’t listen to my concerns about job just wanted payment. Treatment unsuccessful. No response when this was voiced."

In this case this feedback is extremely unfair and inaccurate and does not reflect the circumstances of the job, or the communication with the homeowner. We take great pride in using top quality products, that we apply carefully in the right conditions. I made all of this very clear and the quote I gave was accepted, and verified with the reviewer's husband before I commenced application. I gave my word that I would happily redo the work if it did not meet expectations, because my word is my bond."

"Have had a number of different tasks done on our property over the last couple of years- pre paint house wash, interior and exterior insect control on the house, and later outbuildings, and recently a wasp nest eradication, each time it was a very prompt, no fuss, efficient and effective service. "We had a massive flood in our ensuite bathroom which also flowed into our carpeted walk in wardrobe due to a plug being put in and the tap turned on! Our neighbour recommended Keith who promptly came to the rescue with heavy duty suckers and blowers and completely dried it out for us. He gave us all the different options we could follow, but also gave us his recommendations and left us to choose.He was sooo compassionate, but professional with it. He took the time to ring and check on moisture… levels, leaving his moisture reading gadget here for our daughter to read after instructing her how to use it before he left. The outcome, perfectly dry floors, carpets and skirtings. We are just so grateful and would highly recommend this professional, personable, kind couple to anyone dealing with flooding!"

"Top chap! I texted early this morning and by 2 pm, Keith was here. Had our whitetail spider problem sorted out, pronto. Can't wait to be able to go back inside, as whitetail spider bites are no fun, trust me - I know.
Keith was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his application.
Keith also provided me with great advice about a wasp nest in our roof outside.

"Keith was amazing to deal with! He came in his weekend (which was definitely not expected) and as soon as we called upon him. I cannot recommend him or his product enough! Our ant infestation was eradicated in a matter of days. We will definitely use him again in the near future. Even after the initial visit we were still asked how the product was working and kept in the loop as to when Keith was coming back (as this was weather dependent)."
