Phill responded quickly, communicated well. Came and quoted the next day and was on site within a week of the quote being accepted.
Phill arrived on time and completed he job in the time that he said he would. He even brough some matching roof tiles for replacing the broken ones. Then he finished it off with Moss Boss.
All work was done to a high standard and the roof looks like new again.

Phill was quick to attend, analyse, provide me with a quick quote and engage the tenant and get to the Job quickly. I emailed affordable roofing and the next day Phillip got back to me.
Phillip came out the next day to look at the job.
Phillip was able to explain to me how they had rusted & deteriorated and that at some stage they would need to be replaced. I was able to source a skylight I liked he came the following week and installed… it within a day.

100%"I desperately needed someone to take a look at my roof while I was away on holiday and had a call the the water was leaking in my house. I contacted several contractors of which I took the first to respond, who then proceeded to quote me with a very high price and four day wait.
I decided to ask the second person who contacted me back (Phil) if he could take a look at the roof and give me a quote, he went straight over took photos of what needed repairing and sent me through a quote within a… few hours. The quote was a third of the price of the previous company and Phil went above and beyond to source tiles to complete the job. He also did a temporary repair job until the tiles were available and came back and completed the job efficiently and affordably. It is difficult to take people at their word now days, I was so grateful for the professional and kind way that Phil carried himself. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting their job completed efficiently affordably by someone you can trust.

0%"Phil undertook to remove a previous poor paint job on our roof. He started to remove it then advised that it was best to leave it to weather off over the winter. I have been trying to get him to return to finish the job ever since which is now almost a year since he first came. He wont answer phone calls or return messages. I've spent over $2000 with no result. We were doing a full reno with new bathroom, toilet, kitchen and carpets etc and we had to delay when Phil could start as well as wait on the weather but Phil was very accommodating. Phil repaired the lead in the roof eves that was cracked as well replaced all the chipped roofing tile. Our roof was also painted a completely different colour and it looks fantastic. Phil was kept a very clean site and left plenty of spare tiles. Nothing was… too much trouble for him. 100%"Phill was fantastic our 14 foot trampoline blew into our house breaking roof tiles. I called him out of the blue on Friday morning and we were going away for the weekend with rain coming. He found second hand tiles and fixed the roof without me being there which meant I could carry on working.
