"Manase and his colleague arrived promptly on time, were very polite, and happy to explain anything they were doing. We had 4 heat pumps serviced. They were thorough in cleaning the heat pumps, and also found and replaced a faulty isolator switch that was a fire hazard, so we are very grateful for their great attention to detail. We are in the countryside and with very wet muddy conditions outside they were careful to remove footwear when entering the houses and were very tidy in their work. We will definitely use their services again and I would happily recommend them to others."

"Manase from Airscape installed our SmartVent system with heat recovery option and it has transformed our house - the system has completely removed the condensation issues we were having and distributed heat around the house from the wood-burner in our lounge. "The team I manage was moving into new premises and we needed a larger air con/heat pump installed in an old commercial building over a weekend so as not to disrupt our business activity. Prior to installation Manase and visited our old and new premises and gave me two quotes, one for reinstating the old unit in the new premises and another for installing a new unit. I discussed the prices with another contractor I knew he he advised me to engage Manase as the price on the new unit was an excellent deal. He arrived with his colleague early on a Saturday morning as he said he would. He organised and electrician for later in the day and by 3pm the unit was operational and the site was tidied and cleaned. Along the way Manase and his team had to run cables through a confined crawl space half the length of the building to an ancient fuse board and then pipe out through a concrete wall two stories above a difficult to access strip of land behind a neighbouring building to install the outdoor unit during a series of torrential downpours. Good job that man. Unit does a lot of work year round, still going strong."
