"Acting as a Power of Attorney for an elderly lady, I enlisted this firm to maintain her small garden. They failed repeatedly to show up and do the job. When I suggested that we end the relationship, they sought another chance, and so I gave it to them. Promises promises, promises... no evidence of any work. Eventually mum relocated to another city. Upon inspection, the garden was a complete mess and despite only being 200 sqm, it took me a week to remedy the mess! I terminated the relationship,… but it was obvious that they had not been to the property for months and months. But it didn't end there.... Almost THREE YEARS later, they sent me a bill for numerous alleged visits to the property. They had not invoiced previously for any of the work now claimed. By then, mum had moved to another town, the house had been sold two years earlier, and earlier this year mum had died, and the estate had been wound up. Despite being told this, Al Fresco tried to extract payment from me as EPOA. EPOA expired upon death of the person. They reduced the bill by half, but still tried to extract payment after being told that the customer had died. I'm shocked by this business - when we engaged them, they said they were a premium business. The only things that they have at a premium are excuses and poor standards. An utterly dreadful experience."

"As I run my own business & have 3 children I am very busy and do not have time to do any gardening or house maintenance, Andrew does what is required for me when it needs doing, from digging over my vegetable garden and trimming overgrown trees, to putting up a shade sail ;no job is too much trouble.
I thoroughly recommend Andrew."

"My lawns have never looked so good.My roses have bloomed beautifully this year after a good pruning by Andrew.
I would higly recommend Andrew & Wendy to anyone wanting a garden tidy up or regular garden maintenance service, as he also provides property maintenance if required, which for a lady on their own as I am is a great help."
