I really appreciated that we got an immediate 3-hour time estimate window for the technician to arrive, an updated time estimate for arrival when it got closer to the time, and Nathan arrived on the dot within the original window. "Great customer focus. My initial contact with them on the phone was very educational. They identified the likely cause of our water leakage and recommended not only a replacement of the PRV, but also a 3-in-1 valve that would include stopping sediment damage to PRV. I checked everything through AI, which confirmed the plumbers recommendation and pricing. The actual plumber was very professional and friendly and did a great job. The job was done earlier than expected. Overall it was a great experience and I would gladly use yeir services again."

"Heavy rain running down sloping section and seeping through both front and back right hand corner of concrete garage floor and running to the other side of the garage. Ben’s team did a fantastic job installing drainage along side of concrete floor in garage exiting outside and along back of garage connecting to new silt trap and existing pvc drainage pipe. Also arranged builder to repair rotten retaining wall. Ben did a great job of explaining the proposed solution and answering all the questions I had. Chris did the installation with great care and efficiency. I’m thrilled with the result including the use of river stones as the finishing touch. Many photos provided so that I could see the transformation. They made themselves available at short notice to do the work. The acid test of 75mm of rain over 12 hours and a bone dry garage floor meant that it was money well spent. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough if you want a professional job done with integrity by very approachable people at a reasonable price."

"Ben turned up impressively chipper for 7:30 in the morning. The glare of his clean tidy truck invoked my citrus to cower as he parked up in my underwhelming driveway. Introductions were exchanged and I rebuked my citrus for its cowardice. "Stupid Lemons"
With M12 in hand light was shed and vermin fled. Stairs were climbed , carpet walked on and a door was opened. Ben scanned the bathroom with Terminator precision and I asked if he could scan it a little faster. It was then that I realized that Winston 'The Wolf' Wolf had arrived.
The cat protested as I grabbed it to prove it could be swung but before any results could be obtained my neighbor took it and told me I should get my own bloody cat. Undeterred taps were turned and water started to flow relentlessly without thought of Water Cares dam reserves , climate change or 80's synth pop. Alas nothing ! The leak I had reported failed to appear. Fear gripped me. Was I wasting Ben's (henceforth to be referred to as Mr Wolf) time? Mr Wolf new the milk was turning sour and he wasn't buying it. His attention turned to the shower his gaze fixed. The shower panicked, tiles turned on each other "Good one Colin. Shut up Garry we all know your mother is lino." But the grout stood its ground and said nothing. It knew how to keep its mouth shut , its stint in Mrs Bergman's detention room and missing fingers taught it well. The shower held and wasn't going to leak. Mr Wolf knew that the shower had won this round but the war wasn't over so he engaged smug mode which had been on standby from his previous job and handed off to......
The Tile Master!!

"Great service from Ben and team. Found myself with no hot water, rang Ben at All Plumbed In and Ben2 was able to come next day and replace the faulty pressure valve under the hot water cylinder and install a 3 in 1 filter valve as well, and hot water restored. The relief valve on the roof also required replacing and had to wait until the wet weather cleared, but Ben & Ben were great with the communications and got this sorted too. This time it was replacing an aged, leaking HWS cylinder and relocating it to the outside of the house and replace a failing limiting valve which I had found was buried in the front yard near to the water meter...
Ben gave a detailed quote and agreed with my free days to be on site and replied to my emails very promptly.
Liam, with setting up help from Alex (If that's not right let me know), were there bang on time and had the new cylinder installed same day, base plate, rerouting the pipework- Looks great. Everything cleared up and tidied away.

"I rang Ben with an urgent query as my water meter was leaking.
He advised me on how to deal with watercare and to get them out to inspect the water meter in the first instance. As any damage to water meter, should be covered by watercare. Unfortunately, Watercare found the leak to be just on my side of the property, so they backed out pretty quickly, nice one Watercare.

"I have had work done All Plumbed In on two separate occasions. The first job was in December 2022 when Ben and his employee Alexander removed an old wall hung basin in a bedroom and replaced it with a second hand vanity I supplied. Ben altered the waste to suit and installed a new trap. Extended water supplies of the mixer to connect onto the water supplies and finally tested it all.

The second job was done by Nathan Davis from All Plumbed In who specialises in gutter and down pipe work. A new gutter and down pipe variation was done at the back of my house.

All the work - including my initial call and text to Ben and sending photos of the work to be done - was easy and hassle free. The work done was fantastic and I have had no problems with any of it. I will be getting in touch again soon with Ben to arrange further work that I need to be done.

"This was a small job but important to us - replacing our leaking kitchen faucet with a new one. We decided to invest in a high quality / expensive new faucet so we wanted to ensure it was installed correctly. Nathan arrived on the job late because his previous job had run over time. "I chose All Plumbed In on the basis of great reviews on NoCowboys. Ben and his apprentice removed my ancient gas infinity and installed my new one. Communication was great, he fit me in quickly (accepted quote Friday night and he came Tuesday morning). Price was reasonable compared to other quotes I had. Not the very cheapest of the quotes, but I suspect the cheaper ones might have done a shonky job in comparison as they didn't promise as much (e.g. copper pipes, gas certificate). I watched Ben work and had confidence in his skills and experience. Has only been a few hours since it was installed but so far, the new infinity (Rinnai A26 Natural Gas) is going fine. Silent compared to the noisy, temperamental Paloma I had before. Screws to hold up the infinity were slightly asymmetrically placed (not sure why), but that is my only reservation. The infinity itself is level.

I would use these guys again."

"I selected Ben from the no cowboys site as he had really good reviews and I couldn't agree more with his other reviews. Rang me the day before he was arriving to confirm the time and arrived on time. He was refitting a gas hob after a new bench we had installed. He did some testing and found some issues and rang Vector to get them to sort out some issues at the gas mains. When he went to install the old hob we had a an issue so I preferred to replace it. While I shot out to pick up a new one Ben said he had some running around he needed to do so turned off the meter and came back in an hour. He installed the new hob and everything looks great. Ben will be my first call for any further plumbing needs and I would recommend him without hesitation."

"I had a problem with a leaking mains pipe. I chose Ben as he had great reviews, he was local and the website reflected good transparency in pricing. "I called Ben first to remove my toilet to get floors polished, then found out my HWC was leaking, so got Ben to quote for that too. He helped me decide on the best option. He put in a concrete pad outside then came back the next day to install the outdoor cylinder. He worked together with an electrician I hired and I had hot water by 7pm that night with no issues at all. Totally recommend. "We called Ben after a renovation went wrong and we discovered our plumber had made mistakes, mucked us and the builder around and was unregistered! Ben was prompt and understanding of our situation. He quickly prioritised what was most important and got on with the job. He is always professional but refreshingly also compassionate. "Had what looked like a leak from the hot water cylinder, so ended up calling Ben because of previous ratings. Ben called me back after I had interrupted him while carrying a toilet about for another job. He showed up when he said he would, soon determined that the leak was due to overflow valves doing their thing, provided a estimate for a new mains pressure cylinder, looked at a couple of other small things and then didn\'t charge me at all for the advice! Brilliant! The quote he sent through that evening was very competitive and out of the three other quotes I\'d received, he was the only one that checked the taps are would work with a new cylinder and the only one to suggest relocating it! "We had Ben do a plumbing \'health check\' on a house we were looking at buying in December last year - he did a thorough check and provided us a good report. So when we moved into the house in March and the shower in the ensuite (which Ben had highlighted to us likely needed some work) decided to burst a connection the next day we didn\'t hesitate to contact Ben again for assistance. "Ben has done two jobs for me. He replaced a kitchen tap, and then I hired him to install some drainage in a boggy part of our section.

Both jobs were done promptly and communication was great. Ben turned up when he said he would and kept me informed of how the job was progressing. He checked back before going ahead with an element of the drainage job that impacted on the final cost, giving me a variety of choices around function and price. He tidies up after himself, and he and Josh did a great job of leaving the garden clear after all the drainage earthmoving.
