He worked around my timeframes and got the work done is a efficient manner and had the painting done in appropriate time to suit completion of the projects

"Hired them to paint my house, wasn't the cheapest quote but figured since I was paying a bit more I wouldn't have any worries.
Oh how wrong was I.
The job was sloppy, the painter unqualified (and was a sub contractor on a work visa, not their full time employee) Prep work was minimal and their boss was arrogant and ill informed.

They refused to rectify their mistakes, would have taken it to court of I had the time and didn't already spend so much money on this job.

"Very pleased with the quality of workmanship on my home by Aqua Property Services.
They helped me choose the colours, they have there own builders who replaced rotten weatherboards and identified other issues I was not aware of.
House looks great, highly recommend using these guys.thanks !"

"These guys had to come back and sand all the paint off the decks that they spilt. Additionally the got paint splatters on the windows which is 14m off the ground. They also missed parts of the exterior. This was a simple job and they have cost me more than it was worth rectifying the mess they left in there wake. I do not recommend them"

"Offered 'walk through' after job was done to ensure I was happy with work which I appreciated. Unfortunately found one of the guys having a smoke outside after his part of the job was completed - not a great look.
Other than that work was well done and communication was good. Would use these guys again."
