"Mohit planned, designed and project managed our subdivision to re locate our house to the rear of the property and build a new 2 level house in the front section both under their own freehold titles.
Right from day one Mohit explained the process with subdividing and re assured us that he will take care of all the details from engineering to council processes.
We relied on Mohit to project manage our subdivision as we were living in Australia and could not always be in Auckland.
Mohit communicated with us with every step of the way and would always respond to our queries in a prompt manner usually within a few hours.

"We engaged Mohits firm to help design our new 2 storey 260M2 home in Northcote Point. He was involved right from the start, and assisted with a number of concept plans, preparation of Pre App meeting documents with council, resource Consent application , and building consent process. The home is in a character overlay zone, and that brings a much higher level of involvement with council planners etc. With his help we managed to negotiate the whole process in a period of 5 months, when others we know have taken much longer to get from Concept to Building consent in this neighbourhood. He has worked extremely well with our Planner and Engineer, and we would recommend his firm without hesitation. His firm was not the lowest cost quoted to us, but was far less than some other quotes we received. We wish him and his firm all the best ."

"Mohit took great care and attention to detail when he designed the little self contained flat that I built in my basement. He used the available space creatively so that the end result appears to be spacious and comfortable. It has been very successfully let for one year already.
Mohit guided me safely through the tortuous experience of obtaining a Code Compliance Certificate from The Auckland City Council, which as a novice would have been very difficult for me to do. He cheerfully changed the original plans when instead of building a third bedroom in the upstairs area of my house, I decided to enlarge my sitting room. The changes were invariably made within a day or so of any requests that I made, and the new plans submitted to the council at the same time.
A year after the completion of the build I needed to know the area of my house, and the percentage of that taken up by the flat. I was able to go back to Mohit and ask him if he could supply me with those details. He was happy to furnish me with that information and the reply came within the hour. I am reassured to know that those figures are accurate.
I can whole-heartedly recommend Mohit for any architectural design work required, and would be happy to engage him again for any future projects that I may undertake."

A few days later, site measurement was done. We signed some forms and several weeks later, consent was through :)

"Highly recommend this company. Communication exceeded expectations both via email and phone calls with prompt response to every question from Mohit. Drawings done to high spec and turn around time was relatively quick. Mohit organised all the trade testing required by council regarding stormwater and kept on top of them to get the reports back to us in a timely manner. Auckland Council resource consent was passed within 10 days of application and Building consent within 5 weeks (normally 6 weeks). Minor questions came back regarding the building consent which is typical of Auckland Council and were dealt with immediately by Mohit, which allowed for no time delays during the consent process.
Architech design was a pleasure to work with and would definitely use them again in the future."

"We recently purchased a restaurant and plan was to convert this into a day cafe.
We had budget constrains and we needed an architect who could work around this. I contacted Mohit over the phone and he came over to the restaurant to discuss my plans.

He was indeed very helpful and professional. The best thing was his pricing which was very competitive and well within our budget. Mohit measured up and within 3-4 days my plans were ready.
He took care of the whole project from submitting to council to approval. He kept me in the loop through out the entire phase. Half way through we decided to chànged s few things on the plan.
This was again a breeze. Our renovation is still in process and Mohit make regular visit to the site
to take photos and advise on anything.

I highly recommed Mohit to anyone looking for a good professional architect for any projects big or small with his competitive pricing being a bonus.
