    "Having had the exterior of our house done earlier this year by Ryan and his team, we knew what to expect when we got him to do the interior, which included the laborious task of stripping layers of wallpaper, and plastering and painting them. And we were not disappointed. We had the same team as before and they were unfailingly polite and very happy to oblige over any requests.     "We used Asset Property Services to completely renovate our concrete tile roof and install new guttering and downpipes with associated painting work, as well as painting work on our front and back porches, concrete block base, and wooden window frames. Ryan also organised and co-ordinated other necessary trades to ensure a seamless job. Throughout the job Ryan was in constant communication with us, by phone, text or email, and also turned up on site inspections. The team thoroughly prepared all… surfaces and used quality materials.     "We had a problem, with getting the work started as we were told the job would start in Spring 2023. I know the weather had a lot to do with this.
    When we finally got a start date except for a couple of delays due to wind the work went well and the workers were polite and efficient. We are happy with the final result     "

    "We had a house wash and the exterior of our house and garage painted. This was a big investment for us and we were a bit nervous about finding a reliable company to do the job. Asset Property Services was recommended to us by a friend and for good reason. Ryan project managed our job and did an excellent job of making things run smoothly and letting us know what to expect every step of the way. Each of the painters was friendly and courteous. The job was completed to a high standard with Ryan… completing a very thorough final inspection with touch ups / corrections made at the end.     "Amazing result looks like a new roof. We never thought it could possibly look that good but it is now as new with the excellent cleaning and painting job by Asset Property Services. Excellent to deal with, took less time than estimated, great guys to have around the house (took care of the garden by covering before roof treatment) really cant fault the work or the people involved. Def getting them back annually for a treatment to keep it looking good. "

    "Ryan was one of three contractors who came out to price our job - painting of the full exterior of our two-storied house. Ryan's responsiveness, great communication and overall professionalism really stood out and the work breakdown provided with his quote was very helpful in our decision making process. Timing for this project was the main constraint and we ended up selecting another contractor as they had a shorter lead time (at least on paper). This has not gone exactly to plan and when… this arrangement looked like potentially falling over, Ryan did his best, at very late notice to try to work in with our now even shorter timeframe. As Ryan and his team havent ended up doing our project (due to timing constraints) the NoCowboys policy does not allow us to provide a rating, however we would recommend that anybody considering getting their house painted gives Ryan a call!"

We were stressed about having to sell our house through lockdown but Ryan offered advice on exactly what needed to be done to get it ready to put on the market. The team went over and above to help us and the quality of their work made sure we got top dollar!     "Ryan came & quoted for painting the exterior of our house promptly. He also communicated throughout the job really well, with daily notifications as to what time his team would be arriving on site, this included all the hiccups we had with being in the middle of the Covid19 Alert system- which was dealt with very professionally. The team did thorough prep- work before painting, and in between paint coats. So as we are coastal, I am really confident that as well as producing a good… professional paint finish, the work will be durable too. Ryan, gave good input with colour selection and Nathan, the foreman, was also spot on with regard to which colour to apply to the different substrates and facades that we have on the house. The result looks fabulous. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are a great team."

    "We used Asset Property Services Ltd to do work to our house. We were very lucky that Ryan managed to squeeze us in as we only contacted him a week before we needed the work done!
    We had the ceiling painted and plastering done. The painters were excellent. They were there on time and never let us down. The plasterer was good but he had to come back to fix up a couple of walls as they weren't to a paint finish.
    We would use them again.    "

    "Highly recommend these guys. Ryan and his team carried out a complete repaint of the roof and exterior of our house, including some repair work needed. All work was completed to an extremely high standard. There were a few unforeseen issues due to the previous owners and Ryan dealt with these swiftly and without any hold up to the work overall.     "Ryan & his team carried out interior & exterior painting of our property. We were still living in the property at the time & the interior painting was carried out with minimal disruption to our household. The guys were on time everyday & tidied up every afternoon so we could have the house in the evenings. I was a bit unsure about the exterior colour I’d selected & Ryan came up with suggestions & recommendations & the end result is fantastic. They also organised… plastering around some skylights we’d previously had installed & a repair to part of the exterior cladding. Really pleased with the workmanship & the end result. Would definitely recommend them."

They completed some interior joinery painting for us first as part of our renovations and then returned to completely strip and re-paint the exterior of our 1940's bungalow including an extension we had added. They worked quickly, efficiently and the result is amazing, our home has been transformed. Along the way Ryan kept us informed of any issues that arose along the way.     "What an outstanding job done by Ryan and his team. Without intending to, I ended up mucking Ryan around a lot getting him to fit in and around my other tradespeople. Despite this he was incredibly patient and understanding throughout. Next time I would probably get Ryan and his team to do the pre-paint maintenance as well as the painting as they do a fantastic job and they picked up and fixed a lot of stuff the useless builder didn't do properly. Thanks for the 5 star service Ryan and… "sorry" once again for all the headaches."
