"We had an unexpected leak which needed to be investigated. I contacted Stephan at Atlas Roofing and he was able to come within a couple of hours to have a look. Initially it was hard to determine where the leak was coming from however, Stephan worked out that it must be coming down the plumbing vent. He showed me the photograph of the flashing around the pipe that had completed disintegrated and suggested it be replace with lead that wouldn't be affected by the UV rays, as the existing one was… rubber. Stephan went out and sourced the correct product and re flashed the vent pipe. I asked if he could give the roof a check for any cracked tiles, which he did and found two that needed replacing and did this at the same time. His workmanship was first class and communication skills outstanding. Such a pleasant person to deal with, and nothing was a problem. If you're looking for an honest, reliable and excellent tradesman, Stephan is your man! Apart from doing a first rate job, his charges were so reasonable. I will definitely use Atlas Roofing in the future."

"Previously, Stephan found and fixed a leak near our chimney, which several other roofers had failed to do. His charges were reasonable, he was polite and professional and completed the job in a timely manner.
More recently, Stephan visited, inspected the roof, offered advice and did not charge for his time. We can highly recommend Stephan."

"I'm so gratful to Atlas Roofing for coming to the rescue. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Great communication from the get-go, and with their super fast response they applied a calm, practical response to our situation. We had others absolutely alarm us that we were in for unquantifable thousands of $'s in repairs with no guarantees of where it would start and end, but Stephan was able to show and fix a straightforward leak problem with no fuss at a great rate. "Can't recommend Stephan enough...
Have had an ongoing leak for a few years, as it only seemed to leak when the wind was blowing in a particular direction.
It seemed impossible to find.
Then it progressed to OH MY Godfathers...
Found this amazing roofer on this site...end of June 22
He found the leak and within few weeks it was sorted!!
Result happy tenants and happy landlord!!
Update:
Started dripping again, and Stephan returned immediately (during Typhoon Gabrielle's visit) to sort… it out...

No payment required, still under warranty

Even though we did not end up going ahead with repairs, I could tell from our very initial interaction that he was honest, professional and not in this business to deceive anyone. "Stephan fixed a serious leak in our roof at a reasonable cost and we can highly recommend him! He quickly found the source of the problem, photographed it, explained it to us and fixed it. He went the extra mile to make sure there will be no reoccurrence of the problem and guaranteed his work for a year. We found him to be very friendly, courteous and easy to deal with. "We needed Stephan urgently as we had a leak in the roof during an open home when we were trying to sell the house. not a good look. Stephan came around that day to examine the job. He quoted that evening. I accepted the quote and he did the job the following day. Finding leaks in a tin roof is not an easy job, so it was good to have the services of someone who was so expert. He understood the construction and roofing process and intuited where the failure was likely to occur. He photographed… the suspect joins along with his repairs and showed me when he was finished. A great service from Stephan. I would recommend him without reservation."

"Getting someone to repair a roof these days is not easy. Stephan was professional from the first point of contact, he did the job in a timely manner informing me of time frames and needing to work around weather.
He repaired two leaks in my roof and installed the kitchen vent for a very reasonable rate.

"It was difficult finding someone to inspect our roof leak and give us a free quote but Stephan was 1 that responded. Was friendly and professional. Turns out our roof was in a bad state (very old roof) and he recommended a full roof replacement. He took the time to show us photos of widespread deterioration. He recommended a trustworthy company for the job as he was only available for roof repairs at that time. He even followed up to check we'd found someone to do the job and didn't charge us… for his time."
