"They moved our choral music scores library with 3 storage cupboards and around 30 boxes from a Mt Wellington garage to Ormiston Ministorage. Small job for them but relieving our choir members from doing it. Based on descriptions and photos gave us an estimate with a max and would charge call out rate plus an hourly rate. We were able to wait for a dry day to move the paperwork out of the garage (Ormiston access is under cover so never a problem there, which is why we selected them to go into). Two guys and a truck. Fast, efficient, friendly at an affordable price for the choir. Greatly recommend them and will use them again if/when needed in future."

"Levi and the boys moved a very large house lot from Albany to Torbay. It took most of the day and 1.5 large truck loads, but they worked hard without letup and got the job done professionally and carefully and with good humour. Levi aced backing the large truck up a very steep driveway, impressive! We have moved quite a few times in Auckland and the one before was a nightmare, so we are really happy to highly recommend Levi and the AMG team, don't look anywhere else!

"Price was fair and guys were friendly but smashed a window on the way out, and clipped the neighbours gutter on the way in with the truck.
For the window - initially tried to give me $50 off but I knew it would cost more. The guy didn't want to get in trouble with his boss so I said I'd pay, then he can pay me back. $180 to fix window and then never answered my texts.
For the gutter - never acknowledged it, neighbour said it's OK and was just a chip. But actually now it leaks from the corner every time it rains.
Contacted them about both issues, said they'll be in touch with updates. Months later and never heard back. Choose someone else to move your stuff incase something goes wrong - they won't care."

"Thanks again to Levi, Meyne, Justis, Levi Jr, Phil, Arama and Cody for a brilliant job! You’re all so friendly, obliging and professional. We choose this company again after using them in July. The move was much less stressful than it could have been. We had a difficult access with a steep driveway and they worked to find the most efficient way to move everything. We needed an extra truck as we’d underestimated how much stuff we had, Levi quickly arranged this to ensure we were out of the house as soon as possible. We arrived at the new house late afternoon due to delayed settlement and they quickly unloaded. Three fridges needed removing from a small room in the new house and they quickly took off the door to get them out. Very reasonably priced."

"Words cannot begin to express how incredible the Auckland Moving Guys crew were and how lucky we were to have found them to do our big move. Looking to move? Well don’t look any further. Firstly, Levi the owner was so helpful, he went out of his way to fit us in at short notice. The guys (crew) were incredible, punctual, professional, easy to communicate with, fast with no mucking around and treated our furniture with great respect. We had exceptionally large and delicate antique pieces to move which they did with ease and speed without any damage. Due to the size and quantity, the crew realised we needed another truck and Levi got another truck and crew on site within half an hour. They only charge from the time they are onsite. The guys were incredibly skilled and it was amazing to see how they packed everything in like a glove, packing the trucks with military precision. They made, what we thought, would be a stressful day, relaxing, filled with laughter and good humour while they moved with great speed to get the job done. We have done many moves over the years and we cannot express enough, how incredible this company was. We highly recommend Auckland Moving Guys. They were affordable, worked extremely quickly to get the job done and ensured every minute counted. We will use only them for any future moves. "I had several large, bulky and difficult items to move across Auckland. I had a really hard time finding a moving company that could assist - the number of companies out there that want to charge an arm and a leg to move just a few things, or they don't even bother replying.
Auckland Moving Guys were great, they coped with a difficult driveway and difficult to move items. They were careful with my otems and ensured that nothing was damaged. They called to let me know when they would arrive, and they moved everything in a reasonable time frame. They brought an appropriate sized truck for the amount of stuff I had to move.
I was really impressed by the professionalism of Levi and his team and will be recommend them to my friends."

"Excellent service, I highly recommend. I just moved all my stuff from one side of Auckland to the other. Levi and his team were on time, polite and friendly, efficient and took care of my stuff. My washing machine was tightly wedged into the bathroom, but they got it out quickly and without a single mark on the tiles, carpet, or narrow stairs/doorway. They also managed to get up the narrow drop-off driveway without pruning the roses :-) They communicated well, confirming the date/time for pick-up in the days prior, and texting when they were on their way on the day. "We needed to move a 3 bedroom house form St Heliers to Titirangi. The Auckland Moving Guys team showed up on time, loaded everything carefully and they were all super nice. They worked really hard. The truck was not too big and 2 trip had to be done but I think any other truck, unless those overseas moving truck, wouldn't have fitted everything. The truck was fully loaded both times. Their price was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend them."

"If you want a move done professionally then use this company. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Levi and his team made our move a breeze. They turned up exactly on time and made the furniture removal from our first floor apartment easy. Nothing was too much of a problem, and at the other end our furniture floated off the truck and was in place in the blink of an eye. "We called Levi and Paul with reasonably short notice, and they were flexible with the date as far as they were able which I really appreciated.
On the day, Paul was on time with his team and they got straight to work. They were polite and courteous and worked really hard. We found Paul to be really knowledgeable and helpful and he made the most of the space in the van, especially for some of the trickier things to move e.g. garden pots, which minimised the number of trips.
Basically we were really happy and have already recommended them to a friend who is moving soon."

"An excellent experience when we had never used a moving company before and were moving from our first house. We had a very well filled house, and while not moving far, it took 3 trips. Levi and his team were extremely understanding of our situation, taking in their stride our very varied packing, large and small and some extremely heavy items, and very recently laid concrete at the destination that had to be treated with care. "My move was on a rainy day. Despite last minute booking, the guys showed on time and efficiently moved my things from my two bedroom townhouse. There were stairs into the house and a second floor to my loft area. It took about an hour to load. I watched while they used blankets to cover my things from the rain and onto their truck. I was satisfied with their service and friendly attitude. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone and definitely use them again ????"
