"I took my car in to replace worn brake pads and asked if they could also look at the bonnet as a few days earlier i was unable to open it (and still was unable to open the bonnet when i took it to them)
I took the car down at 7.30am and was assured it would be done by 4pm when i was needing to pick it up.
I arrived at 4pm and my original quote for the work done was far lower than what the were about to charge me, and when i asked about the bonnet, they hadnt even looked at it!! I… specifically asked them to look into it and after 8 and a half hours they still didnt!

This is not the only time i thought the standard of service was poor and the price charged was over the top.

I have now changed mechanics and (easily) convinced 5 others too also.

I wouldnt use autostop johnsonville again"

"Autostop did a great job for a warrant of fitness and new tyres for my car. They were clear on the expected cost for the job and completed it within the time they stated. They advised to bring it back if there were any problems. 10 out of 10, a very professional group. "

"It was great to be able to use a loner while my radiator was being repaired, however I was charged $600 for the job which when I asked around was a major rip off. I think I was charged about $200 for Autostop to remove & then replace the radiator. Thats alot of money for possibly a half hours work. Would never use them again!"
