We were still living in the home during the internal painting, and he was always punctual, respectful of our space, and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day, which made the renovation far easier to manage.

Communication was clear and responsive throughout, and even when we needed an additional trade unrelated to his work, Duncan was happy to point us in the right direction and help us find a good solution. Probably the only tradie I’ve ever had phone me within minutes of sending an initial request. A sure sign of things to come.
Duncan came out to quote within a day or two at a time that suited us. We got a quote that same evening.
The price was fair. We felt by paying the right price we’d get a good job.
We were lucky enough to have someone else cancel which allowed Duncan to start sooner than originally planned.
He started first thing in the morning every day and managed to make progress no matter what the weather was.
The level of work was outstanding. Everything properly masked and prepared. The finish was excellent.
We’re getting Duncan back to do our interior next year. Really friendly guy to deal with."

This was a big tick in the box as other companies had ignored website queries and phone calls went to voicemail with no call back. Duncan then came when he said and quoted very promptly. "I have been using Duncan as my painter for the past few years and he has painted 3 entire houses for me, inside and out. I can't recommend Duncan highly enough. He is always reliable, communicative and trustworthy. He goes beyond a painter for me and has turned out to be very helpful in sourcing and recommending other trades and getting them onsite for me. Nothing is too much trouble for him - he is one nice guy and a great painter to boot!! He is funny and "light" to be around, and I would certainly now count him as a friend. I have recommended him to many others over the years and I only ever hear praise about him and his work."

"Duncan worked as our painter over the period of 2010 - 2012 while we did major renovations on our house . He did both inside and outside painting . His work is of a very high standard and he is a great guy to have around generally - a bit of a favourite person of mine really . As he has also so much experience and expertise in his field he is a great source of information with regard to making those decorating decisions that can sometimes be difficult to make when you are like me and can not visually imagine the finished product . Trustworthy,experienced,personable,friendly,conscientious and more . I have future work for him already lined up ... need I say more than that really ."
