"The first job I had done was a bathroom renovation. They gave good advice on what was possible. The job included some floor and wall rebuilding, as well as managing sub contractors and suppliers. Communication was good, and the quality of work was very good. They also made the effort to clean up each day, which was appreciated. Another job done at the same time was installing attic stairs (in my 3.6m stud ceiling). I was a little nervous about this, but they did a top job. The final job was a… bunch of weatherboard etc repairs on the exterior. These were well done, and are indistinguishable from the original work."
"Work needed to be undertaken at very short notice, and I came up to Wellington to scope the project.... a 1926 weatherboard, on very steep access with no vehicle approach closer than 120 metres.... This is a very challenging site as EVERYTHING needed humping up the steep paths and then steps. By good fortune I found BEDMO boss Capbell Morris parking a five tonner near the project site, and I asked him to visit to give costings. BEDMO took on the work at short notice, and put in two weeks… focussed effort during which I had a variety or renovation and reconstruction work done. Communication was excellent, and discussions always helpful. Builders don't really like this sort of mongrel work, it's harder to keep running when the owner is always asking for more of this and less of that - BEDMO handled my needs entirely to my satisfaction, and I'd recommend them without hesitation. I may be contacted on [email protected] for additional information or verification."
"I have had a business relationship with bedmo construction for the last 10 years or so , I have found Steve and Cam to be the colocqueile last of the mohicans . Good old fashioned value tradesmen . They are good at communication with their sub- contractors and clients . They pay thier sub- contractors on time and care about the quality of workmanship. I\'ve been in the plumbing and drain laying trade for nearly 30 years and could only wish that all the builders I\'ve dealt with over the years… were as fair and reasonable as these straight up kiwi builders ."

"We used Steve and his team at Bedmo for the renovations and, subsequently, the extension to our house. We found them really good to work with. They listed to what we wanted and they worked with us on design and construction issues. They also found creative ways to solve problems that the architect had not resolved. The quality of their work was high, and they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I also found their prices very reasonable, in comparison with other… quotes that we had.
Overall, they transformed our house for a reasonable price, and were easy for me and my wife to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I recommend them to anyone wanting a good job done by nice guys at reasonable cost."
"I used Bedmo Construction for a job where load bearing walls were removed and replaced with either beams or a wooden sliding door. These guys were extremely professional and got the job done quickly. They organised the joinery for the sliding door and shopped around to ensure value for money. Very impressed with the overall service and am looking at doing some more work shortly and will definitely be getting them back!"
"steve and his team of subbies were on time , on price and where unforeseen problems arose , discussed them well and charged fairly."
