"Neculai has done various work on my home, including repairing damages due to Cyclone Gabrielle, fixing shoddy foundational work done by previous owners and general upgrades. He is easy to get hold of, his prices are reasonable and if unexpected circumstances prevent him from showing up he will always call to let me know. I'll definitely be calling him first for any future work."

"Great experience with Neculai and his team at Black Hammer Construction. Neculai built our massive tiny home on wheels. Was the biggest legally allowed on the road and Neculai ensured I got what I wanted right down to measuring our one way bridge so it fits. He was easy to deal with. Build was on time, and on budget, finished absolutely fantastic. Recommended him to friends who’s also loving dealing with him. "

"Fantastic builder. Highly recommended. Completely renovated our home to a high standard and on time. Work completed was building a large 83 sq mtr extension on my home. Massive bedroom, large ensuite and walk in Wardrobe and seperate office also extended my kitchen and arranged all the cabinetry and benchtops and even project managed my swimming pool installation.
We found Neculai had exception workmanship and great communication throughout our project. He even left our property clean and… tidy afterwards. We love our home and can highly recommend Neculai at Black Hammer Construction."
