"We have used Blackout Electric on several occasions at our previous property so when we purchased a new home, they were one of the first trades we had through as we undertook a full renovation. Seb and the team provided an incredible level of service (and the only trade we had through that we didn't have to clean up after ONCE!). We had basically every power point, light switch and light replaced throughout the house, as well as extra PowerPoints, ventilation system, alarm...you name it, they did it. Seb, Branden and Saph were thorough, tidy, and efficient, and we wouldn't hesitate to have them back again or recommend them to anyone looking to have electrical work completed at their home or workplace."

"Amazing service, knowledge & experience! Seb came out over the weekend for a power outage in our Airbnb as we had guests staying, he came late on a Saturday evening and nothing was a problem or too much trouble. "Where to start! Right from the beginning with the prompt reply to my query! Not only quick communication, but also delivered with a personality that made the interaction professional, yet fun! Even helped me with light selection, sending links to potential products. Making my life easier. Each time I reached out with a question or query, Toni (who should win all customer service awards possible) was quick with an answer. Nothing felt like a problem.
On install day, Seb and Brandon arrived! Great personalities must be a thing with this team. They quickly explained what the plan was. "Seb helped bring our outdoor area to life with an outdoor lighting design that was cost effective and gives that "fiji" feel to our back yard. He also came up with a great solution for our home office conversion in our garage that gave us extra lighting, enough plugs for laptops, printers and charging options for our devices without having to have cords all over the place. He was extremely neat and tidy in his workmanship and clean up after the job was done."

"Seb has done a variety of electrical work around our home over the last couple of years. We have had a kitchen rewire, full fuse box replacement, updated and additional power points, ceiling fans and lighting upgrades. All work has been completed to a high standard and he always recommends a number of options for every job (with a variety of budgets). They have also managed to fit in small jobs with very short notice! Blackout Electric are definitely our first port of call with any electrical work around our home."
