    "100% blessed that Bray Built was recommend to me by my structural engineer. I needed repairs done to my subfloor and basement so I could sell my house. So I was feeling overwhelmed by it all. Harry and Dave came and removed all my anxiety...straight away they said Dont worry we are going to fix it and to the highest standard...which they definitely did. They finished it in the time they said and my engineer was able to sign and pass everything on the friday same day they finished. The cost of… the job was also affordable and as per the quote given to me. These guys are the best...and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. They go above and beyond to ensure the job is done and done right. Big thanks to Harry and Dave.🙂"

    "Harrison designed and built a hardwood deck for us just before Christmas. The deck was approximately 75 square meters, quite complicated and Harrison managed the project in a practical and very professional manner. He was very easy to deal with and built the deck to budget and within time frame.
    I would highly recommend him.    "

    "We needed some building work done and approached several builders for quotes.
    Bray construction provided the best advice along with a clear price.

    In terms of timing and completion they went the extra mile to meet our tight schedule and the quality of work was very good. Once on site a number of changes were required. They were very accommodating and provided practical solutions

    I would have no hesitation in recommending them"

    "We are a Property Management company based in Mt Eden and Harrison and his team does regular work for us. He is totally reliable, efficient and practical. We trust him 100% and know that when he does a job for us that it is done really well and at a reasonable price for our landlords. We so appreciate everything he does for us!     "Harrison was commissioned to put copper soakers on all the corners around our house. He did an excellent job in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

    He has also fixed a fence for us which had snapped posts from wind/storm going through property and also did this job in a timely, efficient manner and took away old posts attached to cement. We thought the price charged was extremely reasonable for the work done.

    Harrison is a young, friendly and extremely likeable individual who is… trustworthy and does the job he is employed to do very well."

    "Harrison is an excellent builder. Young with lots of experience on top quality building projects and full of enthusiasm. Harrison has done plenty of building work for us including some alterations to an existing house and also a full extension and renovation on another.     "Harrison Bray has just completed building work at our house he came highly recommended as a registered and qualified builder, he turned up on time and completed the job to a high standard and left my property in a tidy state he was able to do everything we wanted in a efficient manner we were very happy with his work and would recommend him to as many people as we can."
