8 months agoWe recently replaced our front stairs, which led to the deck and main entrance.
We received several quote’s, But Sam was consistently courteous and trustworthy throughout the planning process.He attentively listened to our preferences and provided valuable suggestions.
We encountered Sam,Nathan,Ryan and Corbin, who were all exceptionally polite and professional.
Sam kept us informed about each days progress and ensured that we were kept updated on the involvement of subcontractors, such as electricians and glass professionals.He also communicated with them, ensuring that their needs were accommodated. Sam’s meticulous approach and attention to detail made the project run smoothly.
Sam is a perfectionist, and his team shares this trait.The workmanship is of the highest standard. I highly recommend Sam’s business, Buildfirm, to anyone seeking a new build or alterations.
We were very impressed with the boys on how well mannered they were & we knew if we had to pop out that they would be trustworthy if we didn’t lock up and we were not disappointed with their services.

a year agoSam and his team turned our old garage into a lovely townhouse. We are impressed with the quality of the workmanship and professionalism. Sam has a strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence and this was evident in every aspect until completion.
Throughout the stages we were kept informed of progress as well as of any potential issues and guiding us accordingly.
We also noticed that Buildfirm maintained a clean and safe worksite during the construction.

Communication was excellent & completely transparent. Costs, timescales & the best approach to the task made everything so manageable.
