Came and gave us a quote one day and due to bad weather was able to start our inside job the very next day. Arrived on time, completed job and tidied up after replacing a bedroom ceiling and pink bats.

"First meet Justin when we purchased a relocated hall, Justin completed the installation of all the double glassed windows, making the hall weather tight as well as liveable.
Justin is a top quality tradesman, who is a pleasure to have in our home, his honesty and integrity is unquestionable.
Justin will be back at the end of Feb to complete some remaining work which will mean all the hard work require a skilled tradesman will be completed
I have no problem in recommending Justin as top… tradesman and an honest one!!

"Justin has been an absolutely excellent trades person/builder on the two jobs we have now asked him to do. I would totally reccomend him for the fact that he takes on a variety of jobs, is quick on the quotes, a fast worker and very reliable with realistic price for a job. His first job was to build us a fence which he completed in two days. the second was to rennovate/reclad our garage. Again an excellent result, and would definately use him again if we need other work done. Thanks a lot… Justin-hope to get you back soon in the summer for our back section."

"Justin has worked on our home on a number of occasions. He firstly remodeled our kitchen and we were so impressed with his workmanship that we got him back for more work including interior decorating, updating bathroom fittings and renovating our staircase.

"Justin and his offsider did a magnificient job on our 70 year old garage and recreation room. This was a major project - we had initially planned to demolish the building but then decided to totally refurbish it instead. We had the asbestos wall cladding removed and then they replaced the walls, poured a concrete floor, added strengthening beams, designed and installed a new low-pitch roof, installed new joinery and added weatherboards, insulation and gibbed throughout.
They… weather-proofed the old concrete block walls and even painted the new building inside and out in double-quick time. Their attention to detail was great and Justin liased very well with us. We are thrilled with the final result.

Justin is talented and his engineering background enabled him to design and fabricate metal fittings that were needed (e.g. to install my new clothesline).

Very highly recommended."

"We got Justin to removed our 2 bedroom house, which included bathroom, living room,kitchen, and bedrooms. The house was in bad shape but he made it so nice at the end. We are very happy with the quality of the work Justin has done for us. He kept us informed of how the work was proceeding and he always left the work site clean and tidy at the of the day.

"We recently had our bathroom renovated by Maintenance Specialists and are very impressed with the results. Justin turned up early every day and cleaned up after leaving each day. The quality of his work is excellent. He is very friendly and did some extra jobs for us while he was here. He sorted out a slow flow on a laundry tub we\'d had fitted about 8years ago and it works perfectly now. Very impressed overall and will use him again and recommend him highly."

"We got Justin to removed a load bearing wall and install a beam. Job well done and would recommend to all. Price was good and was finished sooner than expected. He also put together the paper work for the permit etc and designed the plan which saved alot of money. Highly recommended."

"Justin is very reliable, prompt and has high standards of workmanship. For this job, which involved asbestos, he took the proper precautions and disposed of the product in the approved manner.
We had a crisis once with a burst pipe and Justin came out in the dark without hesitation and within an hour the problem was fixed. He is very capable, thoughtful and provides very good advice.
We will continue to use Maintenance Specialists for all of our repair and building work."
