98%"If you're looking for "business as usual" tick box attitude Rick and his team are probably not the best fit. On the other hand, if you are after a flexible competent contractor who actually listens and works with a client we couldn't recommend Rickie more. Our house was built in the sixties and as usual older homes are full of surprises. Did everything go as planned? No, but Rickie found a way to make things work. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept a close eye on the project… throughout. He came through again and again and it's clear he cares about his customers. After getting 4 quotes for our job we just felt he was the best fit and we were right. We've lined him up for more work in the future. Ricki and team did an amazing job rectifying damage that was done during the cyclone with downstairs being completely flooded.
They replaced Gib and skirting in 3 rooms, deck repairs replacing rotten boards, extended deck and added a covered in pergola, and replaced weatherboards and built a new retaining wall.Great… communication and were there when they said they would be, attention to detail was outstanding

All of the team were friendly, trustworthy, considerate and easy to have around. I really appreciated their honest advice and the thought that was put into everything they did. Hi, my name is Ricki, and we are a small building company consisting of 4 hard working blokes based in Blockhouse Bay. We pride ourselves on our outstanding attention to detail. We specialize ourselves in new buildings, renovations, Decking and fencing and flood damage repairs. We work together closely with a bunch of sub trades to take care of your project from beginning to end. We want to make things as simple as possible for you because we understand that doing renovations on your home or building a new home can take it out of you.

We pride ourselves in attention to detail, we have great communication skills and don't leave our clients wondering. We keep within our budget and don't go adding to our fixed quotes. We are hardworking and are willing to go over a beyond to make our clients satisfied.
