Pete was easy to talk to, honest, and very responsive. The men who performed the move itself were very organised, and knew exactly what they were doing: They listened to our… instructions, confirmed the items that they would be transporting, and handled our (rather old) piano very carefully. Their services were able to get all of our stuff from a five-bedroom home into a truck, and then into a storage unit with no issues whatsoever - something that I could barely believe.

When the time came to plan our move from the storage unit to our actual home, Cameron Ryan Transport was our first choice. Unfortunately, we were not able to secure their services due to availability issues - which was a shame, because we really wanted them to handle our move again.

On moving day they blew us away, the team were super friendly and polite and worked amazingly hard and with great care, they just seemed like genuinely good people.

Late in 2020 I contacted Pete again to see if he could help out with a charity we run where we deliver hampers of food to… families who are struggling at Christmas time. We are a charity that is 100% run on donations and volunteer time and we had almost 2000 packages of food to deliver.

I asked Pete if there was anything they could do to help and once again the Cameron Ryan team came to the party, giving up a Sunday in December to spend the day doing deliveries, and again on the Monday providing us with a team member and truck for the full day.

Chris, Issac and Nigel arrived 1/2 an hour early for the job which I was… impressed at. They were extremely friendly and likeable. Just decent down to earth guys. They completed the job in top speed and were very careful with my belongings.

These guys work SO HARD. I shouted them lunch but I wish I could have given them a fat bonus too as they blinkin deserve one!

Loved the hassle free move and really appreciated them setting up my washing machine for me too.

Chris and Matt managed a complex move with heavy objects, including a large fridge, heavy mattresses, sofas, and an entertainment unit. They moved these objects up stairs and through narrow doorways.

They also were friendly and helpful. For example, they reassembled our furniture at the drop off destination.

Finally, the price for their time and… effort was very reasonable.

They were both very polite, efficient and handled all our items with care. Everything arrived at our new Kapiti address and was off loaded where we wanted it to go. They even helped move a heavy washing machine from our garage to the laundry at the new… address.

At the time of the move we had a toddler, a cat and my wife was in the late stages of her… pregnancy. Due to the quality and thoroughness of the work the guys did we could worry about ourselves and giving directions only, rather than any lifting or any other work.
