"Andrew and his team have done 3 jobs for us recently. Last year we renovated our Kitchen, dining room and lounge area. Andrew’s team was contracted with other services to do the job. They did an amazing job removing old wallpaper and painting fitting in with the other contractors. Later we decided to do our hallway and stairwell. We went direct to Andrew who gave us a quote and stuck to it. Once again his team were very reliable and did a great job. This year we needed to have the outside of… our house repainted so in view of the great work Colourworks had done for us we engaged them to repaint our house. We are very happy with all work done by a very friendly, professional group who have done a very good job for us. We would recommend them and will use again if needed."

"Andrews team were totally professional. On time every morning and very respectful of the fact we were in the house too.
When quoting Andrew allowed for extra coats as part of the job would be over a different colour. When I received the invoice it was cheaper than the quote as the extra wasn't needed. He could have charged me the extra as I wouldn't have been any the wiser. Shows the honestly and the calibre of the men. I will use again with no hesitation. Fully recommend.,"

"It is the 2nd time I have asked Colourworks to do some painting for me, last year it was the inside of a rental and this year the inside of my house. Both time I have been very happy with the results. Mathew and Richard worked hard and are perfectionists. I liked their attention to details. The reason why the job took a bit longer is because they wanted to add a 3rd coat on the ceiling. I would strongly recommend them to anyone."

Across three different painters, including Andrew, the work has been of a uniformly high standard and with good attention to detail. "Two of Andrew's team (Nick and Richard) painted the interior of our house over two and half weeks. They were professional, friendly, tidy and fantastic painters. Andrew was punctual, professional yet friendly and really listened to what I wanted for our home, offering useful suggestions for even the smallest details. "This is the third time we have had Colourworks do work for us. We have a 1958 timber home which has always had wallpaper on the walls. Deciding to plaster and paint throughout was a big decision. Andy is a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, he is extremely knowledgeable and the quality of his and his "boys" work has always been top quality I have no hesitation in leaving them in the house to get on with the job while we are at work. They just shut the door behind them when… they are done for the day. The job was done in the time allotted with minimum fuss, and they cleaned up after themselves which was great, especially after the sanding stage. I have no hesitation in recommending Andy Howell and his team."

Hi, my name is Andrew Howell. I run and manage Colourworks Painters & Decorators Ltd.

Along with my team of house painters, we provide the greater Auckland area with a number of painting services, including:
