Christof and John kept us informed throughout the job.We had a major issue with the heating flu under our deck ( nothing to do with this firm) and they worked to help us solve it...even sourced heating material for us. Our heating issue held up the deck construction but they were gracious and continued work once it was solved.

100%"We wanted a deck and I contacted John based on watching his crew on a project down the road. He arrived when he said after our initial contact, and we received a quote with days. The project started within a week, was completed within 3 weeks, in spite of having to share our crew due to a worker being off due to an injury (not work related).
Not only were we pleased, but pleasantly surprised at the quality, attention to detail, professionalism and friendliness of Ben, our project Mgr. and… all workers. They listened to what my wife wanted, went beyond what the bare minimum required, even swept up and vacuumed the dust each day. I do some furniture making as a hobby, and Ben's joinery is better than my work, and this is a deck! The project was not cheap (we had to go above our initial budget to accept the quote, but the quality exceeds expectations and its good value for the money).
