While Pete wasn't the cheapest, he did come recommended by a family member and we were impressed by other work of his we had seen. Great communication, happy to offer advice. " I got Pete to sand and seal my floors as I'd had some recycled boards put down in an extension . Pete had great communication and let me know what time he'd be arriving , and advised me how to prepare so he could sand with the least mess for me to clear up . He let me know any issues he had with the nearly 100 year old boards . He also liked listening to U2 while coating the floors????. Floors look great . Very pleased indeed . Thanks Pete "

"We shortlisted Pete based on all the positive reviews he had and we were not disappointed. We are very glad we did not try and do it ourselves! It looked like very hard work.
He finished the work on his own 4 bedrooms, living and dining rooms and the kitchen in a week.
Our property is an old 1950's house so it was old patched Matai flooring it now looks fabulous and we are very happy with the results. We have no hesitation to recommend Pete for the job."
