25%"Very poor cleaning job has been done by Devon. We hired Devon to clean our lounge carpet. Upon our attempt to do routine clean ourselves we could not get it completely dried out for 3 days after washing as sunny weather turned in to rainy days We asked Devon to do the job. Unfortunately Devon has failed to get it clean properly and get rid of the accumulated odour. Although the carpet is washed very bad Devon seems to be a very nice person.However, we paid not for his nice personality but for… the result of the job he has performed. Hence, feedback is negative."Devon Holt responded:"Hi Anna Thank you very much for your feedback it helps me deliver a better service and quality of job! However.. Please do recall our initial phone call when you had explained to me about the odor i stressed to you that i would need to see the rug first and that i am unable to guarantee odor removal. After viewing the rug i stressed to you that it would be very difficult to clean (the rug stunk so bad my partner didn't allow me to keep it in the house a first in 10 years) and would unlikely be perfect. I explained that i wasn't really sure what i could do with it but i was happy to give it a Steam clean , Shampoo and Condition also Deodorizer and Sanitize followed by a drying process i generally only do this process once however with this rug i kept it for the best part of a week to clean it a few more times at no extra expense to you. I understand you were not entirely satisfied with the job and in reflection i probably should not have tried to help in the first place due to the condition of the rug.
