He provided me with a quote which I then discussed with Shane. We struck up a deal and I was then dealing with Sean. Sean kept me appraised of lead times and his contact has continued even after the laying of the lawn. Liam, Mike and Julius arrived on time, then did an excellent job prepping the ground and laying the lawn and tidying up. Sean has been in touch today, 2 days after the lawn went down.

"From the time we requested a quote in December, till Eco lawn's installers left yesterday having completed the installation, we have been most impressed with efiiciency, professionalism and communication that the company provides. The contract was easy to understand and everything was itemised.
The finished result of our particular installation is beyond our expectations. The care taken by the two men to provide us with a flat area for the barbecue table on land that was not level was really appreciated.

"I had a great experience this time that getting my artificial grass installed by Eco Lawn and I feel lucky that I found and choose this company.

At the quotation stage, the company sent me a email with clear instruction showing how I should take the relevant measurements and photos for them to speed up the quotation process. Of course they can send a technician to do the measuring for you, but I prefer to measure the area by myself in the evening on the day I received their email, so I got the quotation early next day, super quick.

After I confirm the quote with them, Sean from operation team contacted me promotly to help me arrange the schedule for installation. As a tradie myself working in construction industry, I have to say their ground work team and installation team did a great job, quick, sufficient and clean.

The product I choose is Summer40 and I am happy with my choice. It looks like real grass very much. There is some yellow curved small pieces among the green grass looks like dry grass. This makes the turf look very natual, not like some other products on the market just simply pure green and looks fake.
